Technically it's extremely well crafted bearing the same quality of a movie trailer. The underlining subliminal theme is to blame Bush without mentioning his name. Which boils down to this:

It's a testament to Obama's unlimited resources and his close connection with the liberal elite in Hollywood exemplified by Saul Alin...I mean Tom Hanks providing the narrative most likely Pro bono. The trailer comes across in segments becoming a culmination of feigned heart stopping moments mixed with sound bites totally lacking in any real substance. Maybe that's what this trailer is trying to project... since what he has done to fix it, only made it worse.
