Well... Well.. Well

If this don't beat all.

Jesse Jackson
Honoring the food stamp president

The most "Righteous" Rev Jesse Jackson.  A supposed reverend has a mistress and a love child. How many reverends do you know who have a mistress and a love child?

I was just thinking perhaps his motivation for promoting the food stamp president is to cover his own actions which may have contributed to increasing the enrollment.

In 1998 Karin Stanford, his mistress, went to court to formalize a $4,000-a-month child support payments the former presidential candidate was already paying her. Jackson then asked her to sign a confidentiality agreement, she says. She refused. Jackson declined to comment claiming: "I offer no response because any response further exposes the child in ways I feel to be harmful."

"I was shocked," says Stanford, 39. "I had basically kept the details of our relationship confidential. … So then to be hit with the confidentiality agreement was highly insulting to me." Stanford denies ever trying to blackmail Jackson for money. Both admit that his organization gave her $15,000 for moving expenses and another $20,000 for consulting fees, which Jackson has defended as legitimate business expenses.

(In other words, the Rainbow Coalition picked up the tab)

It gets better. Fast forward to 2012 and Karin Stanford is now suing Jackson for failure to pay child support.

BTW... his son, a Congressman, was caught not very long ago for the same extracurricular activities.
The case of the apple not falling far from the tree

The reverend admits it helps the White House. More people on the gravy train is commensurate  with more votes.
Maybe his unwavering loyalty to the White House, and being so adamant about food stamps, is because his side action is on the government dole.

This is in contrast to the open mike episode.

Remember when Jackson said he wanted to cut Obama's nuts off ?

(Try as I may I can't seem to remember the last time I heard a reverend say he wanted to cut someone's nuts off.)

Jesse Jackson said he thought Barack Obama was talking down to black people by lecturing them on things like fatherhood and being a responsible husband. Jesse thought it was insulting, not only to him, but to his mistress and their love child.

Isn't It Ironic

The food stamp program, part of the Department of Agriculture, is pleased to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps ever.

Meanwhile, the Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture, asks us to: "Please do not feed the animals," because the animals may grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves.

Now I'm not suggesting they're animals, some people are truly in need. But I am suggesting after a while in many cases entitlements like food stamps and welfare become a life style instead of a helping hand.
