Omarosa desperate for Trump Tweets in order to sell books.

Omarosa’s memoir is reportedly tanking

Omarosa Manigault Newman could probably use a few tweets from President Trump right about now.

The former reality star-turned-White House senior adviser has reportedly seen a dramatic dip in book sales since her Aug. 14 release of “Unhinged,” which recounts her brief time as a staffer.

According to the Washington Post, hardcover sales dropped by more than 40 percent after the first week — when she managed to sell 34,000 copies following a Trump Twitter tirade.

“When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out,” the president tweeted. “Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!”

Los Angeles street to be renamed after Obama

...And now they want to rename a street after him to honor all his 'accomplishments'? Which was what?
Please name them for me.

The left is still basking in the glory of the Messiah. They regard him as one of the best presidents ever. I guarantee you years from now when the infatuation has worn off and the cold hard eyes of history stare at the fruition of his decisions he will be judged light years from the best.

Oh...if you're going to name a street after Barry perhaps this would be more suitable.

------------------------

A residential street in southwestern Los Angeles will be renamed after former President Barack Obama, Mayor Eric Garcetti announced in a tweet Tuesday.

The vote by L.A. City Council comes more than a year after City Council President Herb Wesson proposed renaming the three-and-a-half-mile “Rodeo Road” to “Obama Boulevard” in honor of the former president. Wesson’s proposal noted that Obama held a campaign rally at Rancho Cienega Park on Rodeo Road during his 2008 bid, The Los Angeles Times reported.

The date of the city council’s approval to rename Rodeo Road coincides with the 55th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream Speech".

Last September, California passed a resolution to rename a stretch of the 134 Freeway, “President Barack H. Obama Highway”. Several schools in California have been named after the 44th president.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti praised the move Tuesday tweeting, “It’s official: our City Council has voted to rename Rodeo Road to Obama Boulevard! We’re thrilled that Angelenos and visitors will forever be reminded of the legacy of President @Barack Obama when traveling across L.A.”

The way liberals twist the news to fit their agenda is amusing

This should make it on Maddow tonight. Fucking Trump forced these illegals into a detention center rather than allow them to use proper legal channels to become citizens.

MSM going ballistic over 'Trump hush money'

Where were they when this was going on?

The ‘bribe’ to silence Wright

When sermons of Obama’s Chicago pastor, Jeremiah Wright, surfaced during the Iowa primaries, it threatened to derail Obama’s campaign. ABC aired one where Wright screamed, “Goddamn America!” Edward Klein interviewed Wright, who told him Obama’s team tried to buy his silence.

‘Man, the media ate me alive,” Wright told me when we met in his office at Chicago’s Kwame Nkrumah Academy. “After the media went ballistic on me, I received an e-mail offering me money not to preach at all until the November presidential election.”

MICHELLE OBAMA’S ‘JEALOUSY’ AND ‘RESENTMENT’ LED TO RIFT WITH OPRAH

“Who sent the e-mail?” I asked Wright.

“It was from one of Barack’s closest friends.”

“He offered you money?”

“Not directly,” Wright said. “He sent the offer to one of the members of the church, who sent it to me.”

“How much money did he offer you?”

“One hundred and fifty thousand dollars,” Wright said.

“Did Obama himself ever make an effort to see you?”

“Yes,” Wright said. “Barack said he wanted to meet me in secret, in a secure place. And I said, ‘You’re used to coming to my home, you’ve been here countless times, so what’s wrong with coming to my home?’ So we met in the living room of the parsonage of Trinity United Church of Christ, at South Pleasant Avenue right off 95th Street, just Barack and me. I don’t know if he had a wire on him. His security was outside somewhere.

“And one of the first things Barack said was, ‘I really wish you wouldn’t do any more public speaking until after the November election.’ He knew I had some speaking engagements lined up, and he said, ‘I wish you wouldn’t speak. It’s gonna hurt the campaign if you do that.’

“And what did you say?” I asked. “I said, ‘I don’t see it that way. And anyway, how am I supposed to support my family?’ And he said, ‘Well, I wish you wouldn’t speak in public. The press is gonna eat you alive.’

“Barack said, ‘I’m sorry you don’t see it the way I do. Do you know what your problem is?’ And I said, ‘No, what’s my problem?’ And he said, ‘You have to tell the truth.’ I said, ‘That’s a good problem to have. That’s a good problem for all preachers to have. That’s why I could never be a politician.’

“And he said, ‘It’s going to get worse if you go out there and speak. It’s really going to get worse.’

“And he was so right.”

Oh...and speaking of Wright do you remember this?

'Stop Lying': Angel Mom Blasts Elizabeth Warren for Immigration Reform Comments After Tibbetts Tragedy

Video 422

The mother of a man killed by an illegal immigrant ripped Sen. Elizabeth Warren for calling for a solution to "real problems" with the American immigration system.

The Massachusetts Democrat made the remark on CNN’s “New Day” on Wednesday in the wake of the Mollie Tibbetts tragedy.

Cristhian Rivera, a 24-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of the 20-year-old Iowa college student, who was reported missing more than a month ago. Tibbetts body was found in an Iowa cornfield on Tuesday.

"I'm so sorry for the family here," Warren said, adding that "one of the things we have to remember is that we need an immigration system that is effective, that focuses on where real problems are."

On "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Mary Ann Mendoza, whose police officer son Brandon was killed by a drunk-driving illegal immigrant, said she is "disgusted by Elizabeth Warren."

-----------------

Let me interject. Here's another dope just as dense as Warren... Mollie Tibbetts' aunt. After her niece was brutally raped and stabbed to death by an illegal this imbecile had this to say, “Please remember, Evil comes in EVERY color." Then followed that up with this.  “Please do not compound the atrocity of what happened to her by adding racism and hate to the equation. … Do not turn #molliesmovement into something ugly.”

What is more ugly than murder? Am I a racist because I don't want people entering our country illegally??? Did it ever occur to her if that son-of-a-bitch wasn't in the country her niece would still be alive?  I swear some people are too fucking stupid to live!

Then there's this and no surprise here. Rivera defending Rivera.

Check it out it. Maybe you know somebody.

Mollie just joined the never-ending list.

----------------

"Stop lying to the American people, because you don't care what is happening," Mendoza said.

Mendoza said the issue is indeed "political" because people like Warren are "stepping over American bodies in their rush to protect illegal immigrant criminals."

Tucker Carlson said other Democrats have defended illegal immigrants in the past.

He played tape of Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) calling the Trump administration's border policy that led to the separation of family members "inhumane and cruel."

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) also called that policy "complete[ly] opposite of the values of this nation."

Reality Winner sentenced to more than 5 years over classified report leak

She'll be out in two or less.

----------------

Former National Security Agency contractor Reality Winner on Thursday was sentenced to more than five years in prison after pleading guilty to leaking a classified report with information on Russia’s involvement in the 2016 presidential election.

Winner, 26, was sentenced to 63 months, with no fine in a Georgia courtroom. She received an additional three years of supervised release.

The prisoner's mom had tears streaming down her face as the sentence was read. Winner appeared in court wearing an orange jumpsuit.

Winner's defense team said they felt the sentence, reportedly the longest ever imposed for a federal media leak crime was "fair."

Winner, an Air Force veteran, pleaded guilty in June after being held in prison at the Lincoln County Jail near Augusta, Georgia. Winner was arrested in June 2017, and charged under the Espionage Act for removing classified material from a government facility and mailing it to a news outlet, according to the Justice Department.

Winner’s 2017 arrest was announced shortly after the Intercept website published a story detailing how Russian hackers attacked at least one U.S. voting software supplier and sent so-called “spear-phishing” emails to more than 100 local election officials at the end of October or beginning of November 2016.

The Justice Department did not specify that Winner was being charged in connection with the Intercept’s report. However, the site noted that the NSA report cited in its story was dated May 5, 2017. An affidavit supporting Winner’s arrest also said the report was dated “on or about” May 5, 2017.

Winner worked as a contractor with a Top Secret security clearance with Pluribus International Corporation at a federal facility in Georgia when she printed out a sheet of paper with classified information and mailed it to a news outlet, according to the Justice Department.

Winner had a colorful history on social media that laid bare her political leanings, and wanted to “resist” President Trump.

At the time of her arrest in 2017, Winner’s social media pages indicate she was a passionate environmentalist who shared Bernie Sanders material online and held some anti-Trump views. She shared numerous articles and comments against the Dakota Access and Keystone XL pipelines (which Trump has moved to revive) on her Facebook page, even posting a letter she sent to the office of Sen. David Perdue, R-Ga.

“Repeat after me: In the United States of America, in the year 2017, access to clean, fresh water is not a right, but a privilege based off of one’s socio-economic status,” Winner wrote in a Facebook posting last year.

Winner also posted using the hashtag #F---ingWall, in an entry about Trump “silencing” the Environment Protection Agency.

Winner also posted last February, before Trump revived construction on the Dakota Access Pipeline: “You have got to be s---ting me right now. No one has called? The White House shut down their phone lines. There have been protests for months, at both the drilling site and outside the White House. I’m losing my mind. If you voted for this piece of s---, explain this. He’s lying. He’s blatantly lying and the second largest supply of freshwater in the country is now at risk. #NoDAPL #NeverMyPresident #Resist.”

And in one telling post before the 2016 general election, she wrote, "On a positive note, this Tuesday when we become the United States of the Russian Federation, Olympic lifting will be the national sport."

John Lithgow to Play Roger Ailes in Fox News Movie

So is this a movie about a sexual pervert or an attack on FOX? I suspect the latter. If they were truly interested in making a film about a deranged sexual predator this is your guy. He singlehandedly created the #MeToo movement.

Assuming their goal was to create a factual salacious tale who would have been the better choice Ailes or Weinstein? Compare the sexual exploits between the two. If Ailes is a sexual pervert... then Weinstein should be on death row.

----------------------------------------

John Lithgow and Roger Ailes

Annapurna's Fox News movie has found its Roger Ailes.

John Lithgow will play the late disgraced media mogul in the upcoming feature that centers on the women who took on the famed toxic male culture of the news network. He joins Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, and Margot Robbie, who will play Megyn Kelly, Gretchen Carlson and an associate producer, respectively.

Annapurna is financing and producing the project, which was written by The Big Short scribe Charles Randolph and will be directed by Jay Roach. Theron will produce the feature along with Beth Kono and AJ Dix via their Denver & Delilah banner. Roach, Randolph and Margaret Riley are also producing.

Ailes ran Fox News and helped launch the careers of Kelly, Carlson and Sean Hannity with his powerful channel. He also was a prominent figure in Republican circles who helped elect presidents Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush. Ailes was forced to resign in 2016 when a host of accusations of sexual misconduct surfaced, with Carlson's and Kelly's the most high-profile, and which contributed to his exit from the network. He died in 2017.

The still-untitled project is described as an ensemble pic, with other likely characters to include former anchor Greta Van Susteren, media mogul Rupert Murdoch and fired host Bill O'Reilly.

Lithgow, who is repped by UTA and Hansen Jacobson, recently received praise for his stint as Winston Churchill on Netflix's The Crown. He is set to co-star in Paramount's adaptation of Stephen King's best-seller Pet Sematary.

Man charged in Mollie Tibbetts death in Iowa is an illegal Mexican authorities say

Funny, Mollie Tibbetts name was plastered all over the news for the past month. I watched every day as expert after expert hypothesized on what might have happened to her (remember the pig farmer) and who may have killed her. Then suddenly her body is found and her father identifies her. There is no explanation regarding her murder... all goes quiet... not a peep for the last few days.

Went on Google news today and found Mollie's tragic and completely avoidable death buried towards the bottom of the page. Why? The story had no guts left in it once they learned an illegal killed her.

------------------------

MONTEZUMA, Iowa (AP) — The disappearance of a well-liked college student from America’s heartland had touched many people since she vanished one month ago while out for a run. But the stunning news that a Mexican man living in the U.S. illegally has allegedly confessed to kidnapping and murdering her thrust the case into the middle of the contentious immigration debate and midterm elections.

Illegal Mexican Cristhian Rivera, 24, has been charged with first-degree murder

President Donald Trump seized on the man’s arrest in the death of Mollie Tibbetts on Tuesday to call the nation’s immigration laws “a disgrace” that will only be fixed by electing more Republicans. Iowa’s Republican governor, facing a tough re-election challenge in November, blasted an immigration system that “allowed a predator like this to live in our community.” And Iowa’s two GOP U.S. senators called the death a tragedy that “could have been prevented.”

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of the 20-year-old Tibbetts, whose July 18 disappearance set off a massive search involving state and federal authorities.

Rivera led investigators early Tuesday to a body believed to be Tibbetts in a cornfield about 12 miles (19 kilometers) southeast of Brooklyn, Iowa, where Tibbetts was last seen going for a routine evening run, Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation special agent Rick Rahn said.

“I can’t speak about the motive. I can just tell you that it seemed that he followed her, seemed to be drawn to her on that particular day, for whatever reason he chose to abduct her,” Rahn told reporters at a news conference outside the sheriff’s office in Montezuma, where Rivera was being jailed on $1 million cash-only bond.

Protests Erupt After Chicago Police Claim Teen Committed Suicide Following Chase

Steve Rosenthal, 15, committed suicide, according to police. His family questions their narrative. (GoFundMe)

This is Steve Rosenthal? I expected that name attached to a young Jewish kid. Guess I'm wrong.

We'll have to see how this washes out. It's a big deal because cops were involved. In the meantime, until this incident, the routine Chicago slaughter runs full steam ahead... but only this one gets all the attention.

1,944 have been shot in Chicago so far this year?

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/data/ct-shooting-victims-map-charts-htmlstory.html

How many did the cops shoot?
I suspect very few.

-----------------------------

The death of 15-year-old Steven Rosenthal has led many to protest and question Chicago authorities who allege the teen committed suicide following a police chase.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the teen died Friday evening (Aug. 17) in Chicago’s Lawndale neighborhood. The Cook County medical examiner has ruled Steven’s death a suicide, from a gunshot wound to the head. While detailing the event, law enforcement said the teen ran after cops questioned him about a weapon he had. A short while later, Steven died.

Yet members of the community chanting “no justice, no peace,” (I'm starting to smell Al) as they marched don’t believe the cop’s version of events. The family attorney Andrew Stroth also questions the validity of the claim.

“Steven was on the stairwell of his grandmother’s house on the West Side of Chicago when police officers stormed up the stairwell chasing,” Stroth, said at a news conference prior to Sunday’s march. “Within moments, these officers, without cause or provocation, shot and killed 15-year old Steven. Based on several eyewitness accounts, these officers ended the hopes and the dreams of a talented young man with a bright future.”

Steven’s aunt and legal guardian gave a tearful public plea to Mayor Rahm Emanuel begging for the release of body cam footage to corroborate the police’s claim.

“My 15-year old nephew Steven was shot and killed by the Chicago Police Department,” Terinica (My Grammarly said I misspelled Veronica) Thomas-Level, 28, said. “I need the attention of Mayor Emanuel. I need to see evidence. Body cams. They need to release the video. My nephew would never commit suicide ever. … If he (Emanuel) even had the smallest compassion for our family, he’d get those videotapes released.”

As of Sunday, police spokesman Michael Carroll said the case is currently under investigation and a decision hasn’t been made about releasing any footage of the encounter.

Senate rejects Trump, asserts the press is 'not the enemy of the people'

They're not...if you're a Democrat.

Muslim loving president who tried to destroy America almost doubling the national debt in one of the most scandal-ridden presidencies of all time and is named Person of the Year... and wins the Nobel Peace Prize like 45 minutes into office.

On the other hand...

--------------------------------------

The Senate on Thursday approved a resolution asserting that the press is "not the enemy of the people," as President Trump has claimed, and condemning Trump's ongoing attacks against reporters.

The Senate quickly considered the resolution from Sens. Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, and Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and passed it unanimously in a voice vote.

The resolution doesn't specifically mention Trump, but a statement from Schatz's office said the resolution was offered in the wake of Trump's effort to "attack journalists and news organizations."

The resolution noted the importance of freedom of the press from the founding of the United States, as well as efforts by "tyrannical and authoritarian governments" to "undermine, censor, suppress, and control the press to advance their undemocratic goals."

"The Senate ... affirms that the press is not the enemy of the people," it read. It said the Senate "reaffirms the vital and indispensable role the free press serves to inform the electorate, uncover the truth, act as a check on the inherent power of the government, further national discourse and debate, and otherwise advance our most basic and cherished democratic norms and freedoms."

It concluded by saying the Senate "condemns attacks on the institution of the free press and views efforts to systematically undermine the credibility of the press as a whole as an attack on our democratic institutions."

Applicants Rejected From Jobs After Company Says They Have ‘Ghetto Names’

A Missouri health clinic sent emails to multiple women applicants, denying them job offers because they have “ghetto names.”

At least 20 women, including Hermeisha Robinson and Dorneshia Zachery, received rejection letters from St. Louis’ Mantality Health center earlier this week that listed their “ghetto names” as the reason the candidates did not get the job.

“Thank you for your interest in careers at Mantality Health. Unfortunately we do not consider candidates that have suggestive ‘ghetto’ names. We wish the best in your career search,” reads the rejection letter, which Robinson posted to Facebook on Monday.

Quindaroius Gooch faced the same discrimination but was ultimately hired because they loved his haircut.

Robinson, who applied for a customer service position at the health center, wrote on Facebook that her “feelings are very hurt” and asked people to share the post because “discrimination has to stop.” Her post quickly went viral and received over 11,000 shares as of Thursday morning.

“When I read the email I was just appalled,” Robinson told local St. Louis outlet KMOV.com. ”[My name] is just unique. It’s from my mom and my father.”

Zachery added that she teared up when she first read the email.

“The company looked at my name and said ‘No we don’t care about what you’ve done in life, your name is going to dismiss you completely,’” she told KMOV.com.

Mantality Health’s clinic director Jack Gamache told CBS Sacramento that the company’s account was hacked and that police are currently investigating the situation. Gamache added that the company believes a disgruntled employee sent the emails.

“The password for the outside job board site used by Mantality was compromised on August 13, 2018,” CEO of Mantality Health Kevin Meuret told HuffPost in a statement. “We are currently working with law enforcement to identify the perpetrator and consider appropriate legal action. We share the anger and frustration of those who received these bogus emails.”

Meuret told KMOV.com that 20 other candidates received the same email.

“This is not a reflection of who we are as a company,” he said. “This is deplorable.”

The employee listed as sending the email, Jordan Kimler, was not available for a HuffPost request for comment. The company denied that Kimler sent the email.

Discrimination based on a person’s name has long been an issue for job applicants in the U.S. According to a 2002 study that looked at 5,000 resumes for 1,300 job roles, names categorized as “white-sounding” received 50 percent more callbacks for interviews than names that were commonly assumed to be “black-sounding.”

Indeed.com, the job site that hosted the Mantality Health application, said in a statement that they do not believe their site was hacked.

“Account security is of utmost importance to Indeed and something that we diligently monitor,” the statement reads. “Account holders are responsible for use of their password and we recommend frequent updates and complete confidentiality of your password. Our investigation into this particular account shows no evidence of compromise.”

FLASHBACK: Omarosa Was Fired or Tossed From Govt. Positions Under Clinton… FOUR Different Times

On a tip from Ed Kilbane

by Jim Hoft August 15, 2018

Maybe this is what President Trump really meant by this tweet last week.

5 for 5!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 8, 2018
Here’s something that is not making many headlines in the liberal mainstream media.
Omarosa was fired four times by the Clinton White House.
They say she was very “disruptive.”

Raise your hand if you knew that Omarosa was fired from the Clinton White House not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times before. Have barely seen anything on this: “She was asked to leave as quickly as possible, she was so disruptive.” https://t.co/UC8Ac2kPcS

— Joe Concha (@JoeConchaTV) August 15, 2018

The Cut reported:

…This is not, in fact, the first time Omarosa has left a White House job under less-than-glorious circumstances. In her 20s, she was a political appointee in the Clinton administration where, according to People, she held four jobs in two years.

During a 2004 Q&A in Washington, D.C., shortly after she gained national attention as a contestant on the first season of The Apprentice, Omarosa spoke somewhat bitterly of her time in government:

I have done logistics and advance and event planning for the White House under the Gore staff … At 23, I got appointed to the White House. That was not a place to learn how to be a young professional. That’s a very difficult environment because they don’t believe in training. They just kind of throw you in the fire.

According to a former Gore staffer, though, Omarosa never did logistics or advance work for the vice-president; she worked as a scheduling correspondent, responding to various invitations Gore received.

The staffer also said “she didn’t do her job, and it got everybody in trouble,” and was soon sent to work in the White House personnel office, which then transferred her again to the Commerce Department, where she held two different positions. In the last, she was reportedly “asked to leave as quickly as possible, she was so disruptive.”
