This is what scumbag Edwards had to say in 1999 about the Clinton affair with Monica Lewinsky: Oh... this is rich.

"I think this president has shown a remarkable disrespect for his office, for the moral dimensions of leadership, for his friends, for his wife, for his precious daughter. It is breathtaking to me the level to which that disrespect has risen."

Former Sen. John Edwards arrives with his wife Elizabeth for the late Sen. Edward Kennedy's memorial service in Boston Aug. 28, 2009. (AP Photo) Former presidential candidate John Edwards has admitted fathering his former campaign videographer's child. In a statement released to NBC News, Edwards said, "I am Quinn's father. ... It was wrong for me ever to deny she was my daughter and hopefully one day, when she understands, she will forgive me."

Friends of the family said that Edwards and wife, Elizabeth, have separated, NBC reported. The admission comes after months of denials from Edwards that he fathered former mistress Rielle Hunter's daughter, Frances Quinn.

The revelation also comes a week before his former campaign aide, Andrew Young, is set to appear in an ABC News interview saying he posed as the father when the scandal first broke as a favor to Edwards. The two-time presidential candidate also admitted to providing financial support to the child and said in the statement that he has "reached an agreement with her mother to continue providing support in the future."To all those I have disappointed and hurt these words will never be enough, but I am truly sorry," Edwards said.

Edwards' wife told The Associated Press that "the whole family feels relieved" that her husband claimed paternity, but she would not comment on the status of their marriage.

Young's interview is scheduled to air on ABC next Friday, but may be pushed forward. Previous reports have claimed that a secret DNA test proved Edwards' paternity to the child. The test was taken after Hunter tried to get financial help from Edwards for Frances. Edwards admitted in August 2008 to an affair with Hunter that he says ended in 2006. That year, Edwards political action committee paid Hunter's video production firm $100,000 for work. Then the committee paid another $14,086 on April 1, 2007. A federal grand jury last year investigated whether Edwards broke campaign finance law by paying "hush" money to Hunter and Young over the affair.

By all accounts Edwards should be in jail. But I will say he was right about one thing. There are "Two America's"...Those stupid enough to vote for him. And those smart enough not too.

A Man And A Pickup Truck

Hannity called it "divine intervention". Maybe that is so. The Obama Doctrine has taken a blistering Mike Tyson right cross (pun intended) to the jaw and is wobbling around like a drunken sailor on shore leave. I can tell you this. Ted Kennedy, the patron saint of liberalism, is suffering from a severe case of rug burn from spinning in his grave.
Folks... this is Massachusetts! The state where you are baptized Democrat. If this election was a sporting event it would tantamount to the Cubs winning the World Series.

From the depths of despair came a man and a pickup truck. The President tried to ridicule and disparage him. Yet the man stood tall believing knowledge and common sense would prevail. In spite of the President's remarks the man shouted:

Come follow me. I'll show you the way.

And they came in droves.

Scott's most applauded lines.

This is the people's seat.

The independent voices of Massachusetts have spoken.

Tonight, the independent majority of Massachusetts has won.

I am ready to go without delay.

I vowed, win or lose, we would run a race that would make us all proud.

It was all of us against the machine; but you are the machine.

This race began with just me, my truck and a few devoted volunteers. It ended with an Air Force 1 emergency run to Logan.

I didn't mind when the president criticized me, but when he started criticizing my truck, that was the limit.

I spoke to President Obama and said, " Would you like me to drive my truck up to Washington so you can see it? "

This election has sent a message. When there's trouble in Massachusetts there's trouble everywhere and they know it.

Start over on health care.
Tax dollars should be spent for weapons to stop terrorists not lawyers to defend them.

Seems like the Obama administration should adopt the famous line in Cool Hand Luke.

"What we got here is a failure to communicate."

Shootout in the Bluest of the Blue

This is big.... REALLY BIG

They are now saying the race in Massachusetts is to close to call. Who would have thought a month ago this was even possible? I see this as a win win for Republicans. In the bluest of blue states, even if Brown loses in a tight race, this spells disaster for the Democrats. Reid, Dodd (saw the handwriting), Pelosi, Frank, Specter, Schumer, Charles (should be jail) Rangel, all gone.

I just hope and pray this does not turn into the Minnesota debacle of Stewart Smalley and Norm Coleman. After a trial and months of recounting all the ACORN voters Smalley was seated as Senator. If Brown wins but its real close, look for the Democrats to pursue a recount and use anything and everything possible to prevent Brown from being seated. This man can sink Obamacare.

Watch what happens. When Kennedy died he wasn't even cold yet and the Democrats demanded an immediate replacement. If Scott Brown wins see if he gets the same treatment.

Yes. If you're a Democrat you can have it both ways

The Democrats, especially people of color, including the hypocritical Sharpton are scurrying around like rats coming to the defense of Reid.

In a private conversation reported in the book Game Change, Reid described Obama as a "light-skinned" African-American "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one."

In 2002, at a birthday party for noted longtime Republican Senator Strom Thurmond, Lott said this: "I want to say this about [Mississippi, which Lott represented]: When Strom Thurmond ran for president [in 1948, as a Dixiecrat], we voted for him. We're proud of it. And if the rest of the country had followed our lead, we wouldn't have had all these problems over all these years, either."

Trent Lott resigned.

Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) in 2002 agreed with former Sen. Trent Lott's (R-Miss.) decision to resign his leadership role after Lott made what some felt were racist remarks at former Sen. Strom Thurmond's 100th birthday party.

"He had no alternative," said Reid at the time claiming, "If you tell ethnic jokes in the backroom, it's that much easier to say ethnic things publicly. I've always practiced how I play."

Is that rich or what?

Just imagine if Sarah Palin, Mitch McConnell, or Joe Wilson described Obama as a... light-skinned African-American with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one. I hate to think what would happen if Beck or O'reilly said it.

Or. how about this one from brain dead Biden..."I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean."

Along with the remarks he made in the book Game Change I think it fitting he will be looking for a new job when the next election rolls around.

A new Mason-Dixon survey of Nevada voters finds Mr. Reid's favorable rating at just 33%, with 60% of voters disapproving of his role in the health-care debate.

One last thing. When Lott made the off the cuff remark he was speaking at Thurmond's birthday party for the whole world to here. To show you how stupid (or arrogant Reid is) his remark comes out in a book that he could have edited it out.
