Here's something which bucks the norm

Poll: Travel ban is one of Trump's most popular executive orders

More popular than previously thought and for the most part neglected by the MSM.

As you're reading this bear in mind Barry ended the wet foot dry foot policy just before he left office.

He did something that should have been done a long time ago.
Yet, there was barely a peep from the MSM. Now imagine Trump signed an Executive Order ending  wet foot dry foot!

-----------------------------------------------

President Donald Trump's executive order barring refugees and citizens from seven majority-Muslim countries from entering the US is one of his most popular so far, according to a new poll from Morning Consult and Politico.

The order has a 55% approval rating (with 35% saying they "strongly approve") with only 38% of voters polled saying they disapprove of it.

So if Politico says it's 55% it's probably closer to 65.

Opinions about the ban fall along partisan lines — 82% of Republicans support the ban, while 65% of Democrats oppose it.

You won't.

The only other executive order more popular than the travel ban is the one revoking federal funding for so-called immigration sanctuary cities. That order has a 55% approval rating, with only 33% disapproving.

Morning Consult and Politico's poll was conducted between Feb. 2 and Feb. 4.

The seven countries included in Trump's executive order were first flagged by the Obama administration as "countries of particular concern" for visa screening, but critics have accused the Trump administration of targeting Muslims specifically with the travel ban.

Last week, a judge issued a stay on the executive order which suspends its implementation.

While the travel ban seems to be fairly popular, Trump's overall approval rating is slipping — only 47% of those surveyed in this poll said they approve of the job Trump is doing, which is down two points from the previous week. His disapproval rating rose five points to 46%.

They had to get a dig in somewhere.

And not all recent polls have come to the same conclusion. A CNN/ORC poll from last week showed that 53% of Americans oppose the travel ban. The poll prompted Trump to tweet on Monday that "any negative polls are fake news."

Here's how Trump's other executive orders stack up against his travel ban, according to the Morning Consult/Politico poll:

Letter from Osama bin Laden detailing when jihadists should be allowed to masturbate is revealed

Former Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden

A letter from Osama bin Laden detailing when jihadists should be allowed to masturbate has been revealed.

The Al-Qaeda leader had such a pull on his followers that he was able to dictate when they pleasured themselves.

In a memo marked top secret, he wrote to one of his trusted aides in North Africa saying that in the extreme conditions of being kept separate from their wives, the terrorists could masturbate.

It was seized along with 49 other documents by the US in 2011, and now they have been made public by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI).

In it, the one-time world's most wanted man discussed attacks on America and targeting France should efforts fail against the US.

But, he also lifts the lid on the sexual activity of his jihadis.

In the letter, he wrote: 'Another very special and top secret matter - it pertains to the problem of the brothers who are with you in their unfortunate celibacy and lack of availability of wives for them in the conditions that have been imposed on them.

'We pray to God to release them.

'God is not ashamed of the truth.

'As we see it, we have no objection to clarifying to the brothers that they may, in such conditions, masturbate, since this is an extreme case.'

The letter goes on to say: 'The ancestors approved this for the community.

'They advised the young men at the time of the conquest to do so.

'It has also been prescribed by the legists when needed, and there is no doubt that the brothers are in a state of extreme need.'

(Must have run out of goats)

Although the control Al-Qaeda's top terrorist had on his militants may be shocking, his liberal view on masturbation should come as no surprise.

In 2015, US officials refused to release details on the 'extensive' porn collection found in Osama bin Laden's Pakistani bolt-hole, because of the 'nature' of the smut.

The DNI released a list of books the 9/11 mastermind was reading when he was killed six years ago, as well as a trove of letters he exchanged with family members from the lair.

While it was widely reported that Navy SEALs recovered a large digital collection of sex videos from the compound when they staged a secret mission to kill bin Laden in 2011, the US government said it was not going to describe or release details on any of the pornographic materials.

'We have no plans to release that at this point in time,' Brian Hale, a spokesman for the DNI, told The Telegraph

'Due to the nature of the content the decision was made not to release it.'

Officials also refused to describe what kind of porn was kept in the bin Laden household.

Just two weeks after bin Laden was shot dead inside his Abbottabad compound, Reuters reported that pornography was recovered from the property.

At the time, the collection was described as 'fairly extensive,' containing many modern videos.

German magazine sparks furor with image of Trump beheading Statue of Liberty

I guess we're not used to this. Trump is the first president who immediately does exactly what he said he was going to do and the whole freaking world goes nuts! Oh...and you Germans better wake up. Muslim attacks in your country haven't even scratched the surface yet.

---------------------------------------------

German weekly magazine Der Spiegel sparked controversy at home and abroad on Saturday with a front cover illustration of U.S. President Donald Trump beheading the Statue of Liberty.

It depicts a cartoon figure of Trump with a bloodied knife in one hand and the statue's head, dripping with blood, in the other. It carries the caption: "America First".

A better cover would have been this:

The artist who designed the cover, Edel Rodriguez, a Cuban who came to the United States in 1980 as a political refugee, told The Washington Post: "It's a beheading of democracy, a beheading of a sacred symbol."

The cover set off a debate on Twitter and in German and international media, with Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, a member of Germany's Free Democrats (FDP) and vice president of the European Parliament, describing it as "tasteless".

The cover follows a series of attacks on Berlin's policies by Trump and his aides, marking a rapid deterioration in German relations with the United States. Chancellor Angela Merkel was the go-to European ally for former U.S. president Barack Obama, who praised her as "an outstanding partner".

Last month, Trump said Merkel had made a "catastrophic mistake" with her open-door migration policy, and this week his top trade adviser said Germany was using a "grossly undervalued" euro to gain advantage over the United States and its European partners.
