Elizabeth Warren Moves Toward 2020 Bid With Launch Of Exploratory Committee

The progressive senator is taking the first step toward officially jumping into the presidential race. If elected president the Harvard Law School “minority” professor (based on her self-listing in a directory as a Native American in the 1990's) she'll be the second 'person of color' to ever hold the office and the first pureblood native American. Fortunately, Pocahontas took a DNA test proving she is somewhere between 1/64th to 1/1024th Indian. Talk about indisputable evidence! Truthfully, I believe her true lineage begins with an A and ends in holes.

Feinstein demands investigation of Customs and Border Patrol over the deaths of two migrant children

Simple translation as to what they're trying to sell from the above headline:

Trump Killed Them

You know damn well I'm right!
Feinstein is taking a new angle in going after the Trump administration.

After the recent deaths of two migrant children while in border patrol custody, the California Democrat is demanding an investigation to see if she can pin the tragedy on the government agency in essence Trump.

In recent weeks, two children have died after their parents tried to sneak into the country illegally.

The first child, a 7-year-old girl from Guatemala, made national headlines after several stories and misinformation made it sound as though her death was the fault of our border agents.

In that case, the father did not make authorities aware of the condition of his child.

For hours, the child went untreated.

By the time authorities were able to treat the child, who CPB said was suffering from dehydration and shock, it was just too late.

The second child, an 8-year-old Guatemalan boy, died this past Tuesday.

After the child and his father had been taken into custody, he developed symptoms of illness. The authorities sent the child to be treated for what was deemed to be a common cold.

Doctors prescribed ibuprofen and amoxicillin to treat the boy.

After leaving the treatment center, the child became nauseated and started to vomit.

The child was returned to the treatment center but died later that night.

The medical examiner reported that the boy tested positive for influenza B. But at this time, authorities have still not yet released an official cause of death.

While Feinstein is blaming immigration authorities to grab headlines, she is missing the obvious here.

It is the parents who are taking their children out of their homes, dragging them across hostile terrain, then dropping them into the lap of our government agencies.

The border patrol agents, who are not doctors, have no idea about the past medical history of these children or if they have some existing condition. Further, the sheer number of children and families attempting to illegally cross the border has sky-rocketed, straining the medical resources available.

These parents are putting their children in danger, a situation that could be completely avoided if they followed our immigration laws and came into the country legally.

BTW...since were talking about investigations where we these fucks, and by fucks I mean... Feinstein, Pelosi, Brown, Newsome, Kamala Harris, Ted Lieu among others when Gustavo Perez Arriaga shot and killed Cpl. Ronil Singh during a traffic stop. Arriaga told investigators that he was a member of the Sureno street gang and used social media to promote himself as a gangster. He had two prior arrests for DUI. Why was he not deported? I'll tell you why. Singh's life means nothing compared to an illegal. It means nothing to Dems when illegals kill Americans. They didn't even give Singh a passing thought! They're always talking about impeaching Trump. Who should REALLY be removed from office?

That said, what truly boggles the mind is Democrats openly put illegals ahead of true Americans. They are against a border wall which would protect our country. The government is currently closed down over it. Yet they just took back the House of Representatives!?!

Like I said it boggles the mind.

Cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal granted appeal, spurring outrage from widow of slain police officer

Hey, why not. The Democrats are still celebrating the Christmas death murder of CA Officer Ronil Singh

murdered by an illegal Gustavo Perez Arriaga.

What better way to ring in the New Year than allow convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal to go free.

If the Dems win the no wall controversy they hit the trifecta!

------------------------------

The widow of a Philadelphia police officer who was gunned down 37 years ago in the line of duty is "outraged" over a judge's decision last week to grant her husband's killer a chance to appeal his conviction.

On Thursday, Judge Leon Tucker granted Mumia Abu-Jamal another opportunity to appeal his 1981 conviction in the death of Philadelphia Police Officer Daniel Faulkner. Abu-Jamal spent three decades on death row before his sentence in the shooting death of Faulkner was thrown out over flawed jury instructions.

Prosecutors agreed to a sentence of life without parole, and Abu-Jamal's final appeal was rejected by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2012. However, the judge ruled on Thursday that former Justice Ronald Castille should have recused himself because of statements he made as a prosecutor about police killers that suggest potential bias.

"I'm absolutely outraged with Leon Tucker. Tucker has no merit on this judgment. [Castille] had nothing to say about Mumia Abu-Jamal, he had no prejudice," said Maureen Faulker in an exclusive interview on "Fox and Friends" Sunday. "This is going to open the door for so many murderers to be able to do this and appeal this."

The widow of Officer Daniel Faulkner appeared on Fox and Friends Sunday. (Fox and Friends)

During a routine traffic stop on a vehicle belonging to Abu-Jamal's younger brother, William Cook, Officer Faulkner got into a physical confrontation with Cook. Abu-Jamal was in the vicinity and observed the fight, ran over and shot Faulkner in the back and, later, in the face.

Faulker, who noted that she has traveled back and forth from her home state of California numerous times in this case, also said she hopes that Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner will appeal this decision.

"Mumia Abu-Jamal shot my husband between the eyes, he executed my husband," Faulker said. "I'm never going to let this go. All over the country, they're reducing sentences on murderers, they're allowing them out of prison, and it's wrong. It's so wrong."

The Philadelphia district attorney told the Associated Press that the latest decision is being reviewed.

The police officer's widow had a message for the judge who issued the new ruling.

"To Judge Leon Tucker: I hope you can sleep at night with the decision you made, because you know it was not the right one," she said.

The case against Abu-Jamal, a political activist and journalist, has received international attention among death-penalty opponents and criminal justice reform advocates.

Illegal Cop Killer Caught

This is a triple-split photo of Erik Razo Quiroz, Gustavo Perez Arriaga and Adrian Virgen, who were arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a Newman police officer.

All 3 in the country illegally!!!

Sheriff Adam Christianson told reporters Friday that the suspect was in the country illegally and that if he had been deported for previous DUI arrests, Cpl. Ronil Singh would still be alive.

This is what really bugs the shit out of me. Not only do Democrats openly advocate illegal migration, but once they're here and commit even more serious crime/crimes... they still don't want to deport them!

Christianson blamed California's sanctuary law for preventing local authorities from reporting Gustavo Perez Arriaga to federal immigration officials."

This is on Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsome, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, the revolving door of southern California Hispanic politicians, Anna Eshoo, the mayors of the major SF Bay Area cities, and YOU, WHITE DEMOCRATS.

Sanctuary Cities...the safe haven for murders, drug dealers, human trafficking. How many more have to die before we get a wall?

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The Latest on the killing of a California officer (all times local):

8:15 p.m.

A community vigil has been held to honor a Northern California policeman killed during a traffic stop.

Friends, relatives and fellow police officers along with many residents gathered Friday night in the tiny town of Newman to remember Cpl. Ronil Singh on the same day that his alleged killer was captured.

Officers and relatives held back tears as they described Singh, a native of Fiji, as a man who loved his adopted country, his community and his work.

Singh was shot Wednesday after stopping a suspected drunken driving suspect in the town southeast of San Francisco.

After a two-day manhunt, Gustavo Arriaga was arrested in connection with the killing Friday in Bakersfield.

Authorities say they were told Arriaga, who was in the country illegally, was heading to his native Mexico.

___

1:20 p.m.

Authorities say a man accused of killing a California police officer surrendered without incident.

Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood told reporters that Gustavo Perez Arriaga came out of a home in Bakersfield with his hands up after SWAT officers came to arrest him Friday.

He says that besides Perez Arriaga's brother and co-worker, three others were arrested on suspicion of helping the suspect elude authorities.

Perez Arriaga is accused of killing Cpl. Ronil Singh of the tiny Newman Police Department on Wednesday after being stopped on suspicion of drunken driving.

A day later and nearly 200 miles (320 kilometers) south, Youngblood says he received information that Perez Arriaga was between Modesto and Bakersfield and heading to Mexico.

Surveillance teams were set up in different communities, and authorities got a search warrant for the home where Perez Arriaga was found.

___

12:25 p.m.

The sheriff leading the investigation into the shooting death of a California police officer took aim at so-called sanctuary laws that limit cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson told reporters Friday that the suspect was in the country illegally and that if he had been deported for previous DUI arrests, Cpl. Ronil Singh would still be alive.

Christianson blamed California's sanctuary law for preventing local authorities from reporting Gustavo Perez Arriaga to federal immigration officials.

He spoke at the news conference about making laws stricter as the Singh's brother wept beside him.

The sheriff says Perez Arriaga was a native of Mexico and had been in the U.S. illegally for several years.

He says Perez Arriaga's brother and co-worker also have been arrested for misleading investigators.

___

12:15 p.m.

Authorities say the man accused of killing a California police officer during a traffic stop has been captured.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson told reporters Friday that Gustavo Perez Arriaga was arrested in Bakersfield in the death of Cpl. Ronil Singh.

The sheriff says Perez Arriaga was in the country illegally after crossing the border in Arizona. He didn't say when that happened but that he has been in the U.S. for several years.

Christianson says Perez Arriaga is from Mexico and was trying to cross back over the border before his arrest.

The sheriff says Perez Arriaga had two prior drunken driving arrests and known gang affiliations.

___

12 a.m.

Authorities are searching for a man believed to be living in the country illegally who they say gunned down a California police officer the day after Christmas, inflaming the nationwide debate on immigration.

President Donald Trump referred to the death of police Cpl. Ronil Singh in a tweet Thursday that ended with the demand: "Build the wall!"

Singh died Wednesday after stopping a suspected drunken driver in the tiny town of Newman in California's agricultural San Joaquin Valley.

A suspect identified from convenience store video before the killing, remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.

Newman's police chief, Randy Richardson, held back tears Thursday as he described Singh — a native of Fiji — as a patriot who worked hard to serve his adopted country.

CNN analysts critize U.S. troops for asking Trump to sign MAGA hats

Wait a minute! Is that Barry with pen in hand? Is he signing magazine covers of himself or giving out his phone number?

Here he is again.

Michelle doing the same as Barry.

Do you remember all the commotion brought about by CNN over the Obama's signing autographs? Evidently, its OK to sign a magazine cover but a hat is a no-no.

I Haven't seen CNN that upset since this Obama mural appeared at a Philadelphia polling place!

---------------------------------

CNN analysts cast a disapproving eye Wednesday on U.S. soldiers in Iraq who asked President Trump to sign their red “Make America Great Again” hats at his surprise Christmas appearance.

“Troops bringing Trump hats to sign may violate military rule,” said the Wednesday night headline on the CNN website.

On CNN’s “The Situation Room” with Jim Acosta, former Obama administration official and retired Rear Admiral John Kirby called it “completely inappropriate” for troops to seek autographs on the hats popularized in the 2016 Trump presidential campaign.

Tell me Admiral... which was worse? Trump signing MAGA hats or Barry signing the Iran Nuke Deal?

“It is, in fact, a campaign slogan, that is a campaign item, and it’s completely inappropriate for the troops to do this,” Mr. Kirby said. “Not supposed to do this. And I’m sure their boss is seeing that. They’re not going to be happy about it.”

CNN Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr called it “very much against military policy and regulation.”

“The pool reporters traveling said that the troops brought the hats with them, including one hat that said ‘Trump 2020,’” said Ms. Starr. “We will have to see if that actually proves to be the case. The question is, if they brought them or if the President brought them: What commander allowed that to really happen?”

She added that, “Troops are not supposed to be involved in political activities. The U.S. military is not a political force.”

The conservative Media Research Center accused CNN of a double-standard, arguing that the network would have reacted differently if the president had been Barack Obama.

“If it were troops handing ‘Yes We Can’ items to Obama for him to sign, CNN would either be touting it or not talking about it because it would be fine and a given that the President had their support,” said MRC’s Nicholas Fondacaro. “But not for this President. This is CNN.”

Mr. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump made an unannounced visit late Tuesday to Al Asad Airbase in Iraq to thank the troops for their sacrifice and help them celebrate the holidays.

Suspect in police officer's killing in U.S. illegally, authorities say: 'He doesn't belong here'

This undated photo provided by the Newman Police Department shows officer Ronil Singh of Newman Police Department who was killed by an unidentified suspect. (Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department via AP)

Officer Ronil Singh, of the Newman Police Department, is survived by his wife, Anamika, and a five-month-old son, who are pictured next to him on Christmas Day

Authorities released surveillance images of the suspected illegal dog sought in the shooting death of Singh

The government is closed down now because Democrats don't want a wall. It's immoral they say. Try telling that to Singh's wife. But they are advocates of sanctuary cities and giving illegals a drivers license and totally against voter ID.

Anyone see a common theme here?

Do you honestly believe they give a shit about the everyday American?

Cpl. Ronil Singh...another one to be added on a long list.

-----------------------

SAN FRANCISCO — A gunman suspected of killing a Northern California police officer who pulled him over to investigate if he was driving drunk is in the country illegally, authorities said Thursday.

Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson said detectives identified the suspect in the slaying of Cpl. Ronil Singh of the small-town Newman Police Department but didn’t release his name. The attacker is still on the loose, and he said authorities searching for a second day believe he’s still in the area and is armed and dangerous.

“This suspect … is in our country illegally. He doesn’t belong here. He is a criminal,” Christianson said at a news conference.

Authorities are looking for a man seen in surveillance photos at a convenience store shortly before Singh was killed Wednesday. Officials pleaded for help from the public and said they were following up on several leads.

“The sheriff’s office will spare no expense in hunting down this criminal,” said Christianson, whose department is leading the investigation.

Christianson said Singh, a 33-year-old native of Fiji with an infant son, stopped the attacker as part of a DUI investigation and that the officer fired back to try to defend himself.

Singh was shot a few minutes after radioing that he was pulling over a gray pickup truck that had no license plate in Newman, a town of about 10,000 people some 100 miles (160 kilometers) southeast of San Francisco. Singh died at a hospital.

A ground and air search began for the heavyset man pictured at the store with short, dark hair and wearing a silver chain, jeans, dark T-shirt and a dark jacket with white Ecko brand patches on the shoulders.

A truck believed to have been the one stopped by Singh was later found in a garage in a mobile home park about 4 miles (6 kilometers) from the shooting, where law enforcement officers were serving a search warrant, The Modesto Bee reported. Investigators were examining the vehicle, police said.

Singh joined the Newman police force in 2011. Earlier in his career, Ronil Singhworked as a deputy with the Merced County Sheriff’s Department.

“He was living the American dream,” said Stanislaus County sheriff’s Deputy Royjinder Singh, who is not related to the slain officer but knew him. “He loved camping, loved hunting, loved fishing, loved his family.”

On his Facebook page, Ronil Singh posted pictures on Christmas Eve from a deep-sea fishing trip that produced a big haul of crabs and fish. His profile picture shows him smiling as he stands at a patrol car with a dog - the same photograph of the officer released by the Sheriff’s Department.

Ronil Singh is survived by his wife, Anamika, and a 5-month-old son, authorities said.

The MSM will go to any length to destroy Trump

Daughters of late podiatrist say he diagnosed Donald Trump with bone spurs during Vietnam War as a 'favor'

A new report suggests that Donald Trump’s diagnosis of bone spurs may have been made at the request of his father, Fred Trump (pictured with his son in 1985). (Photo: Ron Galella/WireImage)

In every newsroom across the country, there's a section called 'The Get Trump Division'. It's their only objective.

They'll look under every rock. Check every nook and cranny to get dirt on Trump. Yet they didn't show the slightest bit of curiosity as to what was actually inside Barry's college transcripts. What was so important that it had to be kept secret to this day?

I'm sure if Trump would have said this bone spur incident was a 'simple mistake' the MSM would have given him the benefit of the doubt just like Barry.

They're fair that way.

---------------------------------

President Donald Trump may have been able to avoid military service in Vietnam because a podiatrist in Queens, New York, did a “favor” for his father and diagnosed 22-year-old Trump with bone spurs in his heels.

The podiatrist, Larry Braunstein, died in 2007, but his daughters recently told The New York Times that their father frequently recalled coming to the aid of the Trump family during the Vietnam War in the late 1960s.

“I know it was a favor,” said Elysa Braunstein, along with her sister, Sharon Kessel, in a report published on Wednesday. The two said that their father’s account implied that Trump did not have the foot ailment that kept him out of the war.

“But did he examine him? I don’t know,” Elysa Braunstein added. Two years before he was diagnosed with bone spurs, Trump had been deemed eligible for conscription by the Selective Service System.

Larry Braunstein ran his practice for decades out of a building in Jamaica, Queens, that was owned and operated by the president’s father, Fred Trump. The Trump family sold the building that housed Braunstein’s practice in 2004.

“What he got was access to Fred Trump,” Elysa Braunstein told The Times. “If there was anything wrong in the building, my dad would call and Trump would take care of it immediately. That was the small favor that he got.”

The Times did not find any paper evidence to corroborate the account of Larry Braunstein’s daughters.

The daughters also mentioned another doctor, Manny Weinstein, who they say was involved in Trump's bone spur diagnosis. Weinstein died in 1995, but records show he lived in two apartments owned by Fred Trump and moved into the first in 1968, the same year Trump received his diagnosis and became exempt from serving in the war.

The bone spurs diagnosis afforded Trump a one-year medical deferment. He also had four educational deferments that helped him avoid military service.

When asked about the ailment that kept him out of Vietnam, Trump has said that he did not remember the doctor who diagnosed the bone spurs and never mentioned any potential link between the doctor and his father.

Years after avoiding the draft, the president joked that avoiding sexually transmitted diseases was as difficult as serving in Vietnam, during a 1998 interview with Howard Stern. In the exchange Trump said that he was going to receive the Congressional Medal of Honor for his ability to stay alive while “screwing a lot of women.”

"It's Vietnam," Trump told Stern. "It is very dangerous. So I'm very, very careful.”

Trump also drew fire for his attacks against the late Senator John McCain, who was held prisoner for more than five years during the Vietnam War. During his presidential campaign, Trump said that McCain was not a “hero” because he was captured.

"He is not a war hero," Trump said. "He is a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren't captured, OK? I hate to tell you. He is a war hero because he was captured."

McCain was a prisoner at the Hỏa Lò Prison in Hanoi, Vietnam. The decorated veteran was offered early release from the camp because his father was a high-ranking official in the U.S. Navy, but McCain repeatedly declined the offer, because he did not want to leave his fellow prisoners behind.

Trump has drawn continued criticism for his handling of issues surrounding the military. Earlier this year, the president was mocked for skipping a visit to a cemetery for fallen American soldiers in France, citing the rain. Trump was also slammed for being the first U.S. president in 15 years not to visit troops during the Christmas holiday.

Speaking via video conference to U.S. troops at home and abroad on Christmas Day, Trump said, “I want you to know that every American family is eternally grateful to you.”
