No oil in or out of the Straight of Hormuz. Let them choke on their own oil. Is this a pain? Yes it is. I'm sure there's a lot of problems associated with it. But is it doable? I don't see why not. 

Make this permanent and watch them slowly wither and die on the vine. The United States and the rest of the world have to come to grips... there's no such thing as a “deal" with Iran.
