Look very closely at this quote from Harry Reid. He said we will strengthen our border security. Then in the same sentence he rewards illegal Mexicans, who could give a damn less about respecting our border, by calling them undocumented Americans. This guy makes me puke every time he opens his mouth.

How to get rid of illegals


Issue a tamper proof picture ID card. The card is called the American Identification Card (AIC) for short. This card is not for illegals, its for real Americans; us. Every purchase made throughout America whether it be on a credit card or cash would require presenting this card to make the purchase. The card would be swiped into a data bank machine similiar to a MasterCard. No card. No purchase. If you can't buy food, gas, or Corona how long do you think they could stay here! Is this inconvenient? Yes it is. But it short order this would drive them out of here. Look at it as forced (no cost) deportation. It will entail some tinkering but I'm sure it would work.

Drug Test for Welfare

Like a lot of folks in this state I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as they see fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test, with which I have no problem.

What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ass! Could you imagine how much money the government would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

Jim: Juan, I see that you and thousands of other protesters are marching in the streets to demonstrate for your cause. Exactly what is your cause and what do you expect to accomplish by this protest?



Juan: We want our rights. We will show you how powerful we are. We will bring Houston to its knees!



Jim: What rights?



Juan: Our right to live here...legally. Our right to get all the benefits you get.



Jim: When did you come to the United States ?



Juan: Six years ago. I crossed over the border at night with seven other friends.



Jim: Why did you come?



Juan: For work. I can earn as much in a month as I could in a year in Mexico . Besides, I get free health care, our Mexican children can go to school free, if I lose my job I will get Welfare, and someday I will have the Social Security. Nothing like that in Mexico !



Jim: Did you feel badly about breaking our immigration laws when you came?



Juan: No! Why should I feel bad? I have a right to be here. I have a right to amnesty. I paid lots of money for my Social Security and Green Cards.



Jim: How did you acquire those documents?



Juan: From a guy in Dallas . He charged me a lot of money too.



Jim: Did you know that those documents were forged?



Juan: It is of no matter. I have a right to be here and work.



Jim: What is the "right" you speak of?



Juan: The right of all Aliens. It is found in your Constitution. Read it!



Jim: I have read it, but I do not remember it saying anything about rights for Aliens.



Juan: It is in that part where it says that all men have Alien rights, like the right to pursue happiness. I wasn't happy in Mexico , so I came here.



Jim: I think you are referring to the declaration of Independence and that document speaks to unalienable rights .. Not Alien rights.



Juan: Whatever.



Jim: Since you are demanding to become an American citizen, why then are you carrying a Mexican Flag?



Juan: Because I am Mexican. 



Jim: But you said you want to be given amnesty ... to become a US citizen.


Juan: No. This is not what we want. This is our country, a part of Mexico that you Gringos stole from us. We want it returned to its rightful owner.



Jim: Juan, you are standing in Texas . After wining the war with Mexico , Texas became a Republic, and later Texans voted to join the USA . It was not stolen from Mexico .



Juan: That is a Gringo lie. Texas was stolen. So was California , New Mexico and Arizona . It is just like all the other stuff you Gringos steal, like oil and babies. You are a country of thieves.



Jim: Babies? You think we steal babies?



Juan: Sure. Like from Korea and Vietnam and China . I see them all over the place. You let all these foreigners in, but try to keep us Mexicans out. How is this fair?



Jim: So, you really don't want to become an American citizen then.



Juan: I just want my rights! Everyone has a right to live, work, and speak their native language wherever and whenever they please. That's another thing we demand. All signs and official documents should be in Spanish . Teachers must teach in Spanish. Soon, more people here in Houston will speak Spanish than English. It is our right!



Jim: If I were to cross over the border into Mexico without proper documentation, what rights would I have there?



Juan: None. You would probably go to jail, but that's different.



Jim: How is it different? You said everyone has the right to live wherever they please.



Juan: You Gringos are a bunch of land grabbing thieves. Now you want Mexico too? Mexico has its rights. You Gringos have no rights in Mexico . Why would you want to go there anyway? There is no free medical service, schools, or welfare there for foreigners such as you. You cannot even own land in my country. Stay in the country of your birth.



Jim: I can see that there is no way that we can agree on this issue. Thank you for your comments.

Why do illegals have it so good


I keep hearing on TV New York City among others is a Sanctuary City. What does that mean? It means cops are not allowed to ask anyone about their immigration status or even report them to federal authorities (as if the authorities would do anything anyway!) Now I ask you in all seriousness what idiot made up this rule. It just seems like no politician will stand up against illegal aliens. Instead they seek ways to make life easier for them. Are the illegals signing their paychecks? I think not since the vast majority do not pay taxes! It's about time these politicians find out who the hell they are working for! Very few politicians have the political will to do anything about it and I cannot understand why. Why would you allow America to be over run by illegals? What do they hope to gain from this? Do they want us to become a third world country like Mexico? Why is Mexico a third world country? Because Mexicans live there! The politicians both Democrats and Republicans don't care. It's time we took America back!

But wait, the politicians say it's unfeasible, to expensive, overwhelming, to send 12,000,000 illegals back to Mexico. Allow me to prove them wrong.

About a month ago I was watching TV and they were talking about Paris Hilton being arrested for DWI. Now I could care less about Paris Hilton but the guy made an interesting point. More then 2,500,000 people are arrested for DWI in the US every year. I looked it up and according to MADD it's closer to 1,600,000. The point is, you are arrested, put in jail, then if you have the money you bond out. Your drivers license is suspended for probably a year. You will spend 5 10 15 thousand in attorney fees. Your insurance will go up. It will remain on your MVR report for 75 years. Now you are going to put these people through all this crap, tie up the courts, some of these cases can actually go on for a year or more. I'm not defending drunk driving. It's wrong. No question about it. But why are we so tough on DWI and have absolutely no interest in arresting illegals?

This is astounding!!!!!
Twelve Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King of Iowa. If those numbers are correct, it translates to 4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens. That's 21,900 since Sept. 11, 2001 to Sept 11, 2006!!!!! This is approximately 5 times the amount of people killed on 911 and all the soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan combined. (a footnote--if you are arrested DWI and you are here illegally you are not automatically deported back to Mexico)

I guess this is of no concern. Evidently not. Illegals actually have more rights then we do. Try going to a hospital. The first words out of their mouth is "who do you have insurance with"? Unless you are an illegal then it goes like this "Please step in Mr. Gonzalez".

Libby draws conservative court panel in bid to delay going to prison in CIA leak case

Case No 1.
As you know Scooter Libby was just found guilty and sentenced to 30 months in jail. There was actually no crime involved but found guilty of lying to the grand jury under oath.

Case No 2.
Sandy Berger (former Clinton National Security Adviser) pleads guilty to stealing classified documents that the 911 Commission never saw. He destroyed documents. Why is it no one seems curious as to what he took and more importantly why? Are we to believe he just arbitrarily walks in the National Archives and steals documents then suffers memory loss? As part of his plea deal he agreed to take a polygraph test and now it has been over 700 days and he as yet to take it. He faces no jail time.

The media's motto is "Doing more then just reporting the news."

Now compare one and two.

To throw a little more gas on the fire say Berger was a Republican who worked for "W"!

Crying all the way to the bank




Paris Hilton has been offered $1,000,000 from NBC for the first interview when she gets out of jail. This is a nice gig if you can get it. She is arrested for DWI then gets caught not once but twice for driving with a suspended license. On top of that she is 1/2 hour late showing up in court.

Just thought I would do a little venting. Think I'll get my bottle of Jim Beam and my car keys and see if I can get arrested for DWI. I could use the money.

PS: Thank God she didn't kill anybody. But if she had would they have offered $2,000,000?

Crystal Gail Mangum




I'm not a lawyer. But for the hell of it, let's say I am. My name is Michael Nifong and I am a District Attorney. A stripper tells police she was raped at a party and I am assigned the case. Now should I just arbitrarily believe everyone who walks in the door and pleads their case? Does she sound creditable? Should I run a background check? If I decide to run one and it comes back like the one below wouldn't at least a flicker of doubt pop into my mind.

 (Some of this occurred after the case was filed). 




Credibility of the accuser:


Lawyers for the Duke lacrosse players have said that Mangum was intoxicated and possibly on drugs. It has since been confirmed by the Attorney General's office that Mangum has taken Ambien, methadone, Paxil and amitriptyline, although when she began taking these medications in uncertain. She has a long history of mental problems and has been diagnosed with a bi-polar disorder. She also has taken anti-psychotic medications such as Depakote and Seroquel.


Defense attorney Bill Thomas urged her to retract her statement, saying that the rape allegations were concocted to avoid a charge of public drunkenness. The Duke defense lawyers or media reports have said that:


DNA results revealed that the woman had sex with a man who was not a Duke lacrosse player. Attorney Joseph Cheshire said the tests indicated DNA from a "single male source" came from a vaginal swab taken from the accuser. Media outlets reported that this DNA was from her boyfriend.


A DNA report released in December 2006 revealed that sperm from several males was found in the accuser's body and on her underwear; none of which was from any of the Duke players. Mangum has denied engaging in any sexual activity in the days before the assault, saying that she last had sex a week earlier. She also said that her attackers did not use condoms and ejaculated.


In 2000, she was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, but not convicted. Court records indicate that her driver's license was revoked but do not indicate why.


She was convicted of stealing a car and sentenced to 3 weekends in detention. (In 2002, she stole a taxi from a man to whom she was giving a lap dance. A high speed chase then ensued, and when the deputy chasing her approached the stolen taxi on foot, she tried to run over him. She pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of larceny, speeding to elude arrest, assault on a government official and driving while impaired.)


She had made a similar claim in the past which she did not pursue. "On Aug. 18, 1996, the dancer - then 18 years old - told a police officer in Creedmoor she had been raped by three men in June 1993, according to a police document. She did not pursue the allegations. The officer who took the woman's report 10 years ago asked her to write a detailed timeline of the night's events and bring the account back to the police. "Apparently she never returned," Granville County DA Sam Currin said."


The accuser told authorities that in 1998, her husband threatened to kill her. However, she did not appear at the court hearing and thus the charges were dropped.


The accuser frequently passed out while performing as an exotic dancer at the Platinum Club in Hillsborough, according to the former club manager. The former manager also stated that Mangum had to be dragged out of the establishment onto gravel either one or two nights prior to the March 13 party: "She was heavy. It took four or five of us to carry her outside. She was dead weight. That's how passed out she was. She never woke up. We could have put the scratches on her. That could be how she got them." The former manager went on to describe the accuser as "a club employee whose problems with other dancers and customers sometimes made it hard for her to make money," citing an event in which she started to pull a female customer's hair.


According to the Platinum Club owner, the accuser danced at the club on March 23, 24, and 25. Those were the same dates she told doctors she was "in excruciating pain from the [...] beating." The owner said the accuser did not say anything about being raped 10 days earlier. Similarly, 60 Minutes released a video of her dancing at the club less than two weeks after the alleged incident, again leading to the media doubting how in pain she actually was.


The strip club's security officer said that the accuser told co-workers four days after the alleged incident that she "was going to get money from some boys at a Duke party who hadn't paid her," adding that she essentially said, "I'm going to get paid by the white boys." The security guard did not make a big deal of it "because no one takes her seriously."



So let me see if I got this straight:

1. Three guys are falsely accused of rape, their lives are forever changed, pay millions in legal fees, and possibly could have received life in prison. They could sue Nifong but I doubt he's got that kind of money. Good luck on trying to collect from Mangum.


2. Mike Nifong is disbarred. He should be nailed to the cross (I would gladly supply the hammer and nails). He threw the disciplinary committee a bone by supporting it's decision in the hope it will result in no jail time. Personally, I think he should get up to two years in jail. F. Lane Williamson the chairman of the three-member disciplinary committee said this. "This matter has been a fiasco. There's no doubt about." He is absolutely right but he failed to look at the entire "fiasco" and that, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, brings us to number 3.


3. Crystal Gail Mangum gets a free pass.


Someone tell me... where in the hell the justice is in this!

Arrested for auto theft and possession of marijuana. Received 10-day jail sentence.

Sept. 24, 1976:

Dec. 8, 1976:
Transferred to Napa State Hospital for psychiatric evaluation after he tried to hang himself in a cell at Alameda County Jail. He later admitted he faked the suicide attempt in order to be sent to a state hospital, where he could more easily escape. He was mistakenly admitted as a voluntarily patient rather than a prisoner.
Dec. 16, 1976:
Escaped from Napa State Hospital to went on a four-day crime spree in Napa. He broke into the home of Marjorie Mitchell, a nurse at the state hospital, and beat her on the head with a fire poker while she slept. He broke into the Napa County animal shelter and stole a shotgun. He used the shotgun to try to kidnap Hazel Frost, a bartender, as she climbed into her Cadillac outside a bar. When she saw he had bindings, she rolled out of the car, grabbed a gun from beneath the seat and fired six shots at the fleeing Davis.
Dec. 21, 1976:
Broke into the home of Josephine Kreiger, a bank employee, in La Honda. He was arrested by a San Mateo County sheriff's deputy hiding in brush behind the home with a shotgun.
June 1, 1977:
Sentenced to a term of one to 25 years in prison for the Mays kidnapping. A sexual assault charged is dropped as part of a plea bargain. He is later sentenced to concurrent terms for the Napa crime spree and the La Honda break-in.
March 4, 1982:
Paroled from the Deuel Vocational Institute in Tracy.
Nov. 30, 1984:
With new girlfriend-accomplice Sue Edwards, he pistol-whipped Selina Varich, a friend of Edwards' sister, in her Redwood City apartment and forced her to withdraw $6,000 from her bank account. Davis and Edwards make a successful escape.
March 22, 1985:
Arrested in Modesto when a police officer noticed a defective taillight. He and Edwards were charged with robbing a Yogurt Cup shop and the Delta National Bank in Modesto. Authorities in Kenniwick, Wash., were unaware for several years that the pair had robbed a bank, a Value Giant store and the Red Steer restaurant during the winter of 1984-85. Davis later confessed to the crimes in an attempt to implicate Edwards, whom he believed to have welched on a promise to help him while he was in prison.
June 27, 1993:
Paroled from the California Men's Colony, San Luis Obispo, after serving half of a 16-year sentence for the Varich kidnapping.
Oct. 1, 1993:
Davis kidnapped Polly Klaas during a slumber party at her Petaluma home and murdered her.
Oct. 19, 1993:
Arrested in Ukiah for drunken driving during the search for Polly. He failed to appear in court.
Nov. 30, 1993:
Arrested for parole violation on the Coyote Valley Indian reservation north of Ukiah, he is identified as the prime suspect in the kidnapping.
Dec. 4, 1993:
Davis provides investigators with information that leads them to Polly's body off Highway 101 near Cloverdale.
Dec. 7, 1993:
Charged with the kidnap-murder of Polly.
June 18, 1996:
Convicted of kidnap-murder of Polly.
August 5, 1996:
Superior Court jury in San Jose recommends death sentence.

When I was living in Miami Florida in 1967 Cubans were coming to Florida in droves. The common saying at the time was "Cubans do the work no one else will do".

Cubans have long since taken over Miami in every facet. Melquiades Rafael Martinez (pictured on the right) is an escapee from Cuba. That is pure fact. He was sworn in as Senator on 1-4-2005. I guess no one else wanted the job.

To bill or not to bill

What is a bill? It is nothing more then a proposal that is voted on and if enough votes are attained it becomes a law.

As you know there is an immigration bill before Congress right now that we all know is bogus- beyond- belief- and should not become law. It is referred to as Shamesty. They want us to fall for more of their shit.

Now lets talk about this: The U.S.- Mexico Border Fence Bill. This was ratified and signed into law by President Bush on October 26, 2006. Allow me to be perfectly clear signed into law ! The border fence they are talking about is approximately 750 miles long. It has now been about 8 months since it became law. Remember it's the law, right! I found out yesterday they have a whopping 13 miles of the fence completed. At this rate it will take 40 years before it is done! We don't need more laws we need enforcement. No law is worth shit if you can't enforce it! In the latest poll Congress has a 63% disapproval rating. Need anyone ask why?

10 Point Immigration Bill













1. First and foremost secure the border by whatever means necessary.


2. Make it a felony to enter America illegally. (Shouldn't it have been that way all along)


3. Change the 14th Amendment of the Constitution from this:


Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights. 

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

to this:

All persons (born of legal parents) or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.



Of course this would be simple to do but Congress would take years to pass it. A man and a woman come here illegally. They have a baby. The baby is legal. A classic case of two wrongs make a right. The above will put a stop to anchor babies. 

4. A $25,000 fine per employee and loss of their occupational license for any employer who knowingly hires illegals

5. No guest worker program. (How utterly stupid is this. We all know they won't go back).

6. Any form of protecting illegals, such as Sanctuary Cities, will come to a screeching halt.

7. Every state will have a detention center for holding illegals. The detention center will vary in size depending on the problem. (Texas and Florida have a much bigger problem then say Alaska and Montana).

8. All illegals will be brought to the detention centers and once a month sent back to their country of origin which most likely Mexico.

9. There will be no programs available to illegals. (Welfare, social security, unemployment, credit cards, etc) and certainly no drivers license!

10. Anyone coming to America, through legal means, whatever their race, will be warmly accepted.
