The Alton Sterling case... you be the judge

Don't let that Gary Coleman look fool you.

Okay, I watched the video 5 times. It starts off with Sterling lying on the ground scuffling with the police. It's not 100% clear to me exactly what happened. Unless I'm mistaken I believe I hear one of the cops say, "He's got a gun, don't move I swear to God..." Sterling continues to resist and winds up dead... portions of which we don't see.

Go here and judge for yourself because you may have a different opinion.

So let's not get caught up in the mass hysteria ginned up by the MSM and talk about the facts.

Saint Alton is a convicted felon and had no right to be carrying a firearm for starters.

The officers’ handling of the confrontation has come under intense scrutiny from the public, and could lead to criminal charges. The debate over the officers’ conduct is likely to include discussion of Sterling’s criminal record and whether it is at all relevant when assessing the officers’ conduct. The legal questions in the case will focus on what happened in the confrontation between Sterling and the officers right before he was shot. Sterling’s case file does provide a fuller biography of the man, however.

A review of court records by Heavy shows that Sterling was well known to Baton Rouge police, although the two officers involved in the shooting — Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II — are not mentioned in documents pertaining to Sterling. You can read all of Sterling’s Baton Rouge criminal case details here:

Records show that Sterling was a registered sex offender with a lengthy criminal record that included convictions for weapons offenses, confrontations with police officers, property crimes, and domestic violence and other batteries.

Here’s what we know about his criminal history:

Sterling Had Previous Confrontations With the Baton Rouge Police

One incident stands out in the lengthy file; it involved a wrestling match with an officer that involved a gun. In 2009, the affidavit of probable cause contends that a police officer tried to pat down Sterling when Sterling resisted arrest, and the officer ended up “wrestling with the defendant on the ground” at which time a “black semi auto gun fell from his waistband.” The officer grabbed the back of Sterling’s shirt during the incident, and he was able to arrest him without further incident.

So what are we to derive from this? This answer is simple. Because of the lifestyle St. Alton chose to live it was inevitable, whether by the cops, or someone else, he was going to wind up dead. You would have thought with his arrest record he would have learned the drill by now.

Goodby Alton, St. Mike and St. Trayvon are holding the door open for you.

‘Where Is the NRA Now?’: Al Sharpton Asks if the Second Amendment Is for ‘Whites Only’

Following the police-related shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile last week, civil rights leader Al Sharpton is asking the National Rifle Association if the Second Amendment is for “whites only.”

Both Sterling of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Castile of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, were carrying firearms when they were fatally shot by law enforcement officers. Castile was reportedly a concealed carry license holder.

“Both of them were killed by police based on, ‘they had gun[s].’ Now, I missed the NRA coming out defending the gun rights they legally had,” Sharpton said over the weekend. Where is the NRA now? Where is [NRA President] Wayne LaPierre now?”

“Do you have a Second Amendment right, or did you not get down, Mr. Pierre [sic], to the 14th, 15th and 16th Amendments?” he continued. “Maybe you mean the Second Amendment are for whites only.”

Before you go any further... how about a little "vintage AL"?

Murder the Police and Whites

However, it is important to note that the NRA did release a statement on Castile’s death, though it was a couple days after his death. The gun-lobbying group said it “proudly supports the right of law-abiding Americans to carry firearms for the defense of themselves and others regardless of race, religion or sexual orientation.”

This is the NRA statement in its entirety.

Unlike Al and Barry the NRA chose not to comment before all the fact are in. They didn't want to go off half-cocked like, you know, hands up don't shoot.

Sharpton’s comments echoed those of Louisiana Rep. Cedric Richmond (D), a gun-owning member of the Congressional Black Caucus, who called out the NRA for displaying “hypocrisy” in the wake of last week’s shootings of Castile and Sterling.

“I always thought the NRA was not concerned about me,” he said Friday during a press conference. “And I hunt and I fish and I own a gun. But the last few days have clarified it for me that their Second Amendment concern is not a voice of concern for African Americans.”

“And I just believe that we cannot give them a pass on not making a comment,” he added.

Now Mr. Comey, according to YOU she lied in the Benghazi hearings. So let me ask you. Do you think any 'reasonable prosecutor' could have a case here for perjury?

5 Dead Cops in Dallas and the MSM Focus Was To...

Sorry Rosa you just got slapped in the face.

Let me make it clear. BLM never gave two shits about the death of a black male. Except for the immediate family of the deceased, that was never an issue. The reason for their existence revolves around the color of one's skin who did the shooting. If it's black, it's just another day, another stroll in the park. If it's white, he or she is guilty, the circumstances be damned! In Fergurson, "eyewitnesses" lied about the Michael Brown case in an effort to bring down Wilson. What they said happened, could not have happened based on the forensic evidence.
One more tidbit, before Barry took control of the WH did you ever hear of BLM?

Headline:
White cop shoots young black male

That's all it takes... guilty.

The photo above will go down in history just like these two?

---------------------------------

Listen to this bullshit:

It is a remarkable picture. A single woman stands in the roadway, feet firmly planted. She poses no obvious threat. She is there to protest the excessive force which Baton Rouge police allegedly deploy against the city’s black citizens. She stands in front of police headquarters, on Saturday. And she is being arrested by officers who look better prepared for a war than a peaceful protest.

There are images that are impossible to forget, searing themselves into our collective consciousness. One man staring down a column of tanks in Tiananmen Square. A high school student attacked by police dogs in Birmingham, Alabama. This is such a photo.

Once seen, it cannot be unseen.

Bill Clinton finally sighted in NY

Bill Clinton was all smiles as he donned a snazzy pair of blue suede shoes to walk the family dogs around New York on Saturday while Hillary visited the local Post Office nearby. The former President was spotted walking the couple's dogs, a white poodle-shih tzu mix named Tally and a grey poodle-toy-cross named Maisie, in Madison Square Park.

Clinton's shoes are believed to be a pair of custom-made Johnston & Murphy shoes, gifted to every President, which were made in blue suede in honor of his skills at playing the saxophone and bumping into the head of the DOJ at the Phoenix, AZ airport.

The former President stops to check out the pu$$y as a passersby made her way around the park.

The couple appeared to be taking it easy away from the campaign trail, though Hillary was spotted carrying a box of mail into Chelsea's $10.5million Manhattan condo... which is remarkable considering she never had a real job in her entire life.

The boxes are believed to contain hate mail.

Hillary seems unconcerned even though the containers clearly says: WARNING NOT FOR PRIVATE USE

While it is not known how Clinton came by the boxes, the U.S. Code states that theft of property used by the Postal Service is punishable by a fine and up to a year in jail.

Hey… when did that ever stop a Clinton?
