Stephen Colbert Crashes R.N.C. Stage to Burn Trump, Launch “Hungry for Power Games”

In the wake of the last 3 weeks, and your business is poking fun at political candidates, wouldn’t Killary provide more fodder and be infinitely more entertaining than Trump?

Not if you’re this asshole!

Hear ye, hear ye! Stephen Colbert is up to his old tricks, by which we mean Republican rabble-rousing—and not a moment too soon. The Late Show host somehow snuck up to the podium at the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland on Sunday, one day before the convention officially kicks off, to deliver an impromptu speech dressed as Hunger Games emcee Caesar Flickerman—played by Stanley Tucci in the films—before being booted offstage.

Why, exactly, was Colbert dressed in his Capitol finery? Because he had to officially open the “Hungry for Power Games,” which he’s been documenting meticulously on The Late Show for months (always in the same Flickerman getup, naturally).

On the R.N.C. stage, Colbert performed with a straight face—as straight as a face can be when it’s topped with a cobalt wig and bright-blue painted-on eyebrows, at least—before an audience of mostly empty chairs. (Was Clint Eastwood a consulting producer here?) He declared that Donald Trump has “formed an alliance with Indiana governor Mike Pence” before officially announcing that the Games had begun—which is when a security guard appeared to hustle him away from the microphone. “Look, I know I’m not supposed to be up here,” Colbert told the guard. “But neither is Donald Trump.”

Mike Pence tweets about dining at NY Chili's sends Twitter into meltdown

Headline:

'This is an insult to the people of New York!' Trump's new running mate Mike Pence sends snobby New Yorkers into a spin by celebrating at CHILI'S in Manhattan

---------------------------

"snobby New Yorkers" take if he ate at Rao's.

Headline:

Mike Pence out of touch with the working class he pretends to support

Funny how these bastards could make a big deal out of something as mundane as where Pence and his family ate yet faithfully look the other way as Killary and her cohorts drove a John Deere plowing through the Rule of Law.

---------------------------------------

Many a politician has felt the wrath of New Yorkers after daring to eat pizza with a fork - but Donald Trump's newly selected running mate found out the hard way there's another way to annoy them.

Indiana Gov Mike Pence sent Twitter into a meltdown on Saturday when he tweeted a picture of himself and his family having dinner at a Chili's restaurant in Manhattan.

'Busy weekend in NY! Enjoying a quick dinner with the family @Chilis,' he captioned the photo, which also featured his wife and daughter. 'Looking forward to getting back to Indiana.'

New Yorkers immediately questioned Pence's judgement for choosing the American chain rather than a renowned restaurant or a beloved hole in the wall.

'Hey Mike Pence, you know we have 18,000 restaurants in NYC, right?' tweeted journalist John Avlon.

'You came to New York City and went to Chilis? Shameful,' another user wrote.

Olivia Nuzzi called the choice an 'insult' to the people of New York while another Twitter user said it showed Pence was 'unfit for office'.

'Trump/Pence 2016: Making America great again by having the worst taste in NYC restaurants ever', wrote another.

But one Twitter user had a bigger issue with the time Pence chose to eat dinner, rather than the place.

'Bruh you're eating dinner at 4,' his first tweet began.

'Nobody eats dinner at 4 in NYC,' he continued in his second. 'That's still lunch hour.'

'If he eats dinner at 4pm you can only assume he's in bed at 8pm,' he wrote in the third. 'And I need a more active VP.'

This is the second time Pence has found himself in the middle of a Twitter firestorm just 24 hours after he was unveiled as Trump's pick for Vice President.

2 Americans, 10 children among at least 84 killed in Bastille Day terror attack in Nice

Americans have been killed in various terrorist attacks around the world including this one. So we have a vested interest to protect our citizens. Who has a better solution?

Two men on how to deal with ISIS. One is running for president. The other is the president.

Trump said, If elected he would ask Congress immediately for a declaration of war on ISIS.

Barry said,

( And remember Killary would be serving his 3rd term)

Another relevant matter is this. These people were murdered using a truck. Is the solution to terrorism/murder “truck control”? Sounds crazy, doesn't it? So how does this sound? A gun like a truck is an inanimate object. It's a slave to humans depending on them 100% of the time in order to function. It can't feed itself, cock its own hammer, nor pull its own trigger. It can't even clean itself.

A Colt doesn't care who fires it just like a Ford doesn't care who it runs over.
Their Masters make that choice.

BREAKING NEWS – A father and son from Texas and 10 children are among the 84 people killed Thursday when a terrorist drove a heavily armed truck into a crowd gathered along a packed promenade in Nice, where thousands of French revelers had gathered to watch fireworks and celebrate Bastille Day.

The driver, identified in multiple reports as a Tunisian national, left a mile-long swath of carnage along the seaside walkway before police killed him in a shootout. French authorities did not hesitate to pronounce the attack, which began at 10:40 p.m. local time, an act of terrorism.

"Such a monstrosity," French President Francois Hollande said Friday morning. "France is deeply saddened, but it is also very strong. I can assure you we will always be stronger than the fanatics who are trying to attack us."

Hollande is the BlackBarry of France.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but two sources, including a U.S. counterterrorism source who collects and monitors jihadist social media, told Fox News that accounts linked to ISIS were “celebratory” and their followers were told to use the hashtag “Nice.”

The Americans were identified by a relative as Sean Copeland, 51, and his 11-year-old son Brodie. They were from the Austin area and were vacationing with other family members, according to Sean Copeland's niece.

“By now many of you have heard about the 80 people that have died in Nice, France today from a terrorist attack driving through a parade," Haley Copeland posted on Facebook early Friday. "[Two] were American and those 2 people happen to be uncle Sean and 11-year-old cousin Brodie.”

Hill Country Baseball, an Austin-area Little League, also mourned their deaths on its Facebook page.

"Nobody deserves this type of fate, especially not such a wonderful family," a memorial passage stated. "You are in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. Rest in peace, Brodie and Sean, you will be remembered by many."

Initial reports said the man was driving a truck loaded with guns and hand grenades. However, a security source told Agence France-Presse (AFP) that an “inactive” grenade was found as well as “several fake rifles.”

The death toll was confirmed by French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve early Friday morning. A source told Fox News that two Americans – a father and his son – were among the dead in the attack.

Regional President Christian Estrosi also said that more than 10 children were among the dead. A children’s hospital in Nice said it had treated some 50 children and adolescents injured in the attack. Many of the dead were reportedly Muslim, including women whose bodies were seen still clad in the faith's head scarves.

Hollande announced that he would extend France's state of emergency by another three months, until Oct. 26. France has been on its highest state of alert since ISIS terrorists killed 130 people in Paris this past Nov. 13.

French Interior Ministry spokesman Pierre-Henry Brandet said the truck driver was killed by police. According to AFP, the man fired his gun several times into the massive crowd of Bastille Day revelers before being shot dead. Images showed the truck riddled with bullets on its windshield

The Paris prosecutor's office announced that it was opening an anti-terrorism investigation into the attack.

Sky News and the Nice-Matin newspaper reported the driver was a 31-year-old Nice resident of Tunisian origin. The man was known by police for violence and his cellphone and bank card was found in the truck.

Estrosi said some of the city's 1,200 security cameras had pinpointed the moment the attacker boarded the truck, far from the seaside "in the hills of Nice" and could follow his path to the promenade. Estrosi called for the investigation to focus on any accomplices.

A U.S. official told Fox News that the attack was in line with ISIS, which has become "increasingly brazen" in its attacks as it comes under increasing military pressure in Iraq and Syria.

A 2010 edition of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula's propaganda magazine "Inspire" also called on would-be terrorists to "use a pickup truck as a mowing machine ... to mow down the enemies of Allah."

A local government official told Fox News that the truck was driving full speed when it hit the crowd on the Promenade des Anglais, a major boulevard along the Mediterranean Sea.

Damien Allemand, a journalist for Nice-Matin, said the fireworks display was over and people were getting up to leave when they heard a loud noise and screams.

"A fraction of a second later, an enormous white truck came along at a crazy speed, turning the wheel to mow down the maximum number of people," he said. "I saw bodies flying like bowling pins along its route. Heard noises, cries that I will never forget."

Allemand said people took shelter in a nearby restaurant, where he continued to hear people shouting for missing family members. He ventured out and saw bodies, blood and body parts all along the road.

"This evening, it was horror," Allemand concluded.

Nice-Matin posted an image of the truck on Twitter, captioning it, "The truck that drove into the crowd."

Another witness, Wassim Bouhlel, told the Associated Press that he saw the truck drive into the crowd, then witnessed the driver emerge with a gun and start shooting.

"There was carnage on the road," Bouhlel said. "Bodies everywhere."

Video showed men and women -- one or two pushing strollers -- racing to get away from the scenes. And, in what appeared to be evidence of a gun battle, photos showed a truck with at least half a dozen bullet holes punched through its windshield.

Graphic footage showed a scene of horror up and down the Promenade, with broken bodies splayed out on the asphalt, some of them piled near one another, others bleeding out onto the roadway or twisted into unnatural shapes.

"Help my mother, please!" one person yells out amid a cacophony of screaming and crying. A pink girl's bicycle is briefly seen overturned by the side of the road.

Nice's public prosecutor told reporters early Friday that bodies of the victims were scattered for over a mile.

Another witness, identified only as Chloe, told FranceTV Info, "We heard gunfire, a lot. A crowd came to us and told us to run ... We went into a tapas bar and hid in the bathroom for half an hour.

"We went out and again we heard people running and saying 'truck, truck,' so we hid in the bathroom for an hour. The manager took us out by the back door and then I went home."

In addition to extending the country’s state of emergency and the Sentinel operation with 10,000 soldiers on patrol, Hollande said he was calling up "operational reserves," those who have served in the past and will be brought in to help police, particularly at French borders.

He reiterated that France is also bolstering its presence in Iraq and Syria, where he said earlier that military advisers would be on the ground to help Iraqis take back the Islamic State stronghold of Mosul.

President Obama said he condemned "what appears to be a horrific terrorist attack" in the strongest terms.

"On this Bastille Day," Obama said, "we are reminded of the extraordinary resilience and democratic values that have made France an inspiration to the entire world, and we know that the character of the French Republic will endure long after this devastating and tragic loss of life."

Secretary of State John Kerry called the tragedy "horrendous" and said it was "an attack against innocent people on a day that celebrates Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity," a reference to France's national motto. Kerry also asked U.S. citizens in Nice to directly contact friends and relatives to inform them of their well-being.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump announced late Thursday that he would postpone the announcement of his running mate, which had been scheduled to take place Friday morning.

France's ambassador to the United States, Gerard Araud, characterized the events in Nice as a "terrorist attack."

"Our democracies -- France, the United States, our other partners, we are besieged, we face a terrible threat," Araud said at a Bastille Day reception at the French Embassy in Washington late Thursday.

Flags were lowered to half-staff in Nice and in Paris. Marseille also canceled their fireworks celebrations for Friday.

July 14 is a national holiday in France that commemorates the storming of the Bastille prison in Paris and the start of the French Revolution.

Fox News' Catherine Herridge, Lucas Tomlinson, and The Associated Press contributed to this report.

KARMA! Muslim migrant camp springs up near actor George Clooney’s $10 million European hideaway

I'm sure George can't way to invite them to his opulent Chateau overlooking Lake Como for a little Dom Pérignon and Foie gras. After all, he just loves it when "immigrants" settle in America.

----------------------------------------------------------------

A makeshift camp of illegal Muslim immigrants has cropped up near fashionable Lake Como, Italy, a vacation hotspot for the super rich like American actor George Clooney.

The migrant camp made up of hundreds of Muslims suddenly grew because migrants had nowhere to go after Switzerland closed it borders to more Muslim immigrants. Until Switzerland’s new policy, the region had merely been a trail for the migrants to pass through on their way to Switzerland and other Western European nations with large welfare states, according to the New York Post.

Residents of Lake Como are worried over the situation saying the town can’t support the massive number of stranded migrants who have begun to pile up there.

Thus far the local chapter of Catholic Charities has been caring for the mob, but the situation is quickly growing too big to handle.

“But it is very difficult, we do not know how to welcome all these people. In the Como diocese we have over 2,000 migrants in the facilities — there is no room,” said Roberto Bernasconi, a spokesman for the charity organization.

According to reports, over 1,000 illegal migrants arrived in the last few weeks alone.

Lake Como was once a hotspot for rich celebrities such as Clooney and singer Madonna among others. Clooney even owns a large, multi-million-dollar lake house in the area. The migrant camp is only miles away from Clooney’s vacation getaway.

There has been no word if the high-powered celebrities and government officials who have spent time luxuriating in the picturesque town will band together to offer financial support for the migrants.

'Inexcusable use of excessive force': Family of Fresno teen killed by cops in traffic stop shooting that sparked 'White Lives Matter' protests say new bodycam footage proves his death was unlawful

"Excessive Force"?

I urge you to watch this tape and see if you come up with the same conclusion. The cops must have warned him 30 fucking times before firing. He intentionally goaded the cops... the last straw putting his hand behind is back as if he had a gun tucked in his pants. He got what he deserved.

The cops are being persecuted by the MSM. It’s amazing to me how anyone in their right mind could watch this video and determine the cops are at fault!
