2 dead, 17 hurt in shooting at teen party in Florida nightclub

Don't count on BLM showing up for this one. Why? Because the two who are dead are black as well as the 17 wounded, shot by other blacks, which make their lives"non-qualifiers"under the Black Lives Matter code of conduct.

--------------------------

DEVELOPING – Two people were killed and as many as 17 - one just 12 years old - wounded when gunfire erupted at a teen swimsuit party at a Florida nightclub early Monday, according to reports.

Three people were detained by police, but neither the shooters' identity nor motivation was clear. The attack apparently occurred at a teen party billed as a "Swimsuit Glow Party" at Club Blu in Fort Myers, according to local media.

The area was deemed safe hours later, Fort Myers Police Capt. Jim Mulligan said in a statement. Four people remained hospitalized with serious injuries, local station WINK-TV reported. One of the victims was identified as Cherly Garn, 12, a spokeswoman for Lee Memorial Health System, told WINK.

The shooting came more than a month after a nightclub shooting in Orlando that was the deadliest shooting in modern U.S. history. The shooting at the Pulse nightclub on June 12 left 49 victims dead and 53 others wounded.

The violence at Club Blu erupted about 12:30 a.m. Monday, Mulligan said. As many as 17 people were shot, and there were two active crime scenes, police said. Several hours later a street in the area remained closed as police investigated.

The area was later deemed safe, but Mulligan said a street was still closed as authorities investigated.

In a statement, authorities said the Fort Myers police and the Lee County Sheriff's Office were "actively canvassing the area looking for other persons who may be involved in this incident."

A tale of two governors...one Democrat one Republican

Tim Kaine Took ‘Gifts’ as Virginia Governor Like Bob McDonnell

In June, Isaac Arnsdorf wrote at Politico about the troubling “gifts” Virginia Senator Tim Kaine received while governor of Virginia, noting that “similar presents” led to corruption charges former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell.

Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine took advantage of the state’s lax gift laws to receive an $18,000 Caribbean vacation, $5,500 in clothes and a trip to watch George Mason University play in the NCAA basketball Final Four during his years as lieutenant governor and governor, according to disclosures he filed.

Now a leading contender to be Hillary Clinton’s running mate, Kaine reported more than $160,000 in gifts from 2001 to 2009, mostly for travel to and from political events and conferences, according to disclosures compiled by the Virginia Public Access Project. The givers included political supporters, a drug company that soon after bought a facility in Virginia, and Dominion, the state’s biggest provider of electricity.

While legal under Virginia’s unusually permissive ethics rules, the gifts could become attack-ad fodder after similar presents led to corruption charges for Gov. Bob McDonnell, whose conviction the Supreme Court overturned. Republicans could also use the records to portray Kaine as part of the self-dealing establishment in a cycle animated by hostility toward the political class.

Just one more example of how The Rule Of Law really works!

Top DNC official apologizes for 'insensitive' email after leak

If it wasn't for the fact they got caught dead to rights with these emails they would be lying through their teeth. One thing, which cannot be ignored scanning through these emails, is how deeply embedded the MSM is in the Democratic Party!

The chief financial officer of the Democratic National Committee on Saturday apologized for the "insensitive" contents of an email leaked by the website WikiLeaks which appears to refer to Bernie Sanders.

The internal email from Brad Marshall was one of more than 19,000 emails from several officials in the Democratic National Committee released Friday by the website founded by Julian Assange.

An email purportedly written by Marshall in May appears to refer to Bernie Sanders, but does not name him.

The email says "ask his belief. Does he believe in a God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I think I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist."

Saturday, Clinton released a statement that said: "I have never sent nor received any DNC emails regarding Jews or Atheists."

In a Facebook post Saturday, Marshall said emails were written in the heat of the moment.

"I deeply regret that my insensitive, emotional emails would cause embarrassment to the DNC, the chairwoman, and all of the staffers who worked hard to make the primary a fair and open process," Marshall said. "The comments expressed do not reflect my beliefs nor do they reflect the beliefs of the DNC and its employees. I apologize to those I offended."

Re: Sanders: If I'm elected, DNC leader would be out

Sounds to me like her mind was pretty much made up. Sorry for the use of the word pretty.

WikiLeaks does not say how it obtained the internal DNC files. The DNC's computer network was breached in the past by Russian government cyber operations, NBC News reported last month.

"This is further evidence the Russian government is trying to influence the outcome of the election," the Clinton campaign statement said.

Oh...but they didn't hack her non-secure private email account...

Another email posted online by Wikileaks, a May 21 message purported to be from Deputy Communications Director Mark Paustenbach, asks: "Wondering if there's a good Bernie narrative for a story, which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was a mess. Specifically, DWS had to call Bernie directly in order to get the campaign to do things because they'd either ignored or forgotten to something critical."

The email posted on WikiLeaks also says: "It's not a DNC conspiracy, it's because they never had their act together."

Kerry: Refrigerator chemicals are just as bad as ISIS

Air conditioners and refrigerators pose as big a threat to "life on the planet" as the threat of terrorism, Secretary of State John Kerry said Friday.

Kerry was in Vienna negotiating a global climate deal to phase out chemicals used as refrigerants in basic household and commercial appliances such as air conditioning and refrigerators, called hydrofluorocarbons, or HFCs. The chemicals are a potent source of greenhouse gas emissions that many scientists blame for contributing to global warming.

Kerry made the remarks as part of a pep talk for negotiators working through the weekend to amend a 1987 treaty called the Montreal Protocol to deal with the chemicals.

"Yesterday, I met in Washington with 45 nations — defense ministers and foreign ministers — as we were working together on the challenge of [the Islamic State], and terrorism," he said. "It's hard for some people to grasp it, but what we — you — are doing here right now is of equal importance because it has the ability to literally save life on the planet itself."

Citizen Kaine

Sure she is.

She announces her decision at 8 o’clock on a Friday night (bad enough)… while the media is covering an on going terrorist attack in Munich!
Guess she was "thrilled" because no one was paying attention.
