Not surprising coming from someone who lives on one

Gary Johnson says humans must inhabit other planets

Gary Johnson may be running for President of the U.S., but the Libertarian candidate is aiming for the stars after after stating in a television interview that the future of the human race will require us learning to live on other planets.

'We do have to inhabit other planets. The future of the human race is space exploration,' Johnson, the former Governor of New Mexico told ABC News after being asked on how he would address the issues posed by climate change.

Five years ago Johnson was also asked about a comment he made about climate change back in 2011, when he said that 'in billions of years the sun is going to actually and encompass the earth.'

Gary Johnson was asked for his thoughts on climate change during Sunday's interview

When asked about it on This Week, the Libertarian candidate said today that he had been joking at the time.

'Can't we have a little humor once in a while?' he said. 'And that is long term. Plate tectonics, at one point Africa and South America separated, and I am talking now about the earth and the fact that we have existed for billions of years and will going forward.'

Johnson's stated position on climate change has been an acceptance of science, but a rejection of the notion that government or international treaties can solve the problem.

His remarks represent the third time in as many weeks that the Libertarian Party nominee has made a bizarre and eye-popping statement.

Out of his mind: Johnson claims that the human race will have to move to other planets in order to survive, so clearly he is looking beyond the current presidential race

Earlier this month, Johnson's mind went blank after he was asked during an interview on MSNBC's Morning Joe how he would handle the humanitarian crisis in the Syrian city of Aleppo, one of the worst-hit in the nation's devastating civil war.

'What would you do, if you were elected, about Aleppo?' commentator Mike Barnicle asked.

'And what is Aleppo?' a confused Johnson replied.

'You're kidding,' Barnicle said. 'Aleppo is in Syria, it's the epicenter of the refugee crisis.'

'Okay. Got it. Got it,' Johnson said, before detailing his concerns for Syria.

Last week, Johnson misspoke when he said he was glad that 'nobody got hurt' in the Chelsea explosion and Minnesota stabbing attacks that left dozens of people injured.

Johnson won't be able to join Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump on Monday nights first presidential debate after polling less than 15 percent, the minimum set by the Commission on Presidential Debates, a decision which he criticized.

'The panel is made up of Republicans and Democrats that just have no intention whatsoever in seeing anyone other than a Republican or Democrat on the debate stage,' he said.

If he reaches the 15 percent threshold in polls later in the fall, he would become eligible to participate in subsequent debates.

Recently he has been drawing an average of 9 percent average in polls, and just 5 per cent in between hits of bath salts in the most recent ABC News/Washington Post poll published on Sunday.

Keith Scott's fingerprints, DNA, blood found on gun, police sources say

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Tests revealed (the family man) Keith Scott’s fingerprints, DNA and blood were on a book/bible gun recovered at Tuesday’s officer-involved shooting scene, police sources told WSOC.

Scott was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon by a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer in University City.

The cops shouted 4 times for him to drop the gun. Not the book. Not the bible. A gun. So we are left with two scenarios. Either Scott had a gun or the cops dropped one as a "plant". Which do you think is more plausible? When the truth comes out the whole country will know he was armed. So are the looters going to pay for the damage they caused and return the stolen property? Come to think of it aren't we still waiting for their mentor Sharpton to apologize over the Tawana fiasco? How about the Duke Lacrosse case? Did you know their accuser, the angelic Crystal Gail Mangum, is now serving time for murder?

This is what their other mentor scumbag Jesse Jackson had to say:

In 2006, Jesse Jackson promised the Rainbow/Push Coalition would pay the college tuition for Mangum. Jackson said it would not matter if Mangum fabricated her story; the tuition offer would still be good.

So next time Kaepernick takes a knee I would like to see the fans hold up this sign.

Suspect charged in Washington mall shooting

Motive unclear? It depends upon what motive you're talking about. First, they said he was Hispanic. How they knew that from this (blurry video shot) is beyond me.

We now learn he's an legal immigrant from Turkey which means there is a strong likelihood he is a Muslim although there is no mention of that in this article. At this point we are being led in the direction of his mental state rather than his religious doctrine. Have to wait and see how this turns out.
I'm leaning towards Jihad.

-------------------------------------

(CNN) The lone suspect in the fatal shooting of five people in a Washington state mall has been charged with five counts of first degree murder, according to Skagit County jail records.

Arcan Cetin, 20, was taken into custody Saturday night after a nearly 24-hour manhunt, authorities said.

Four women and one man died in the shooting Friday night at a Macy's store at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, just north of Seattle.

The victims' identities have not been released.

Authorities arrested Cetin as he walked down the street near his home in Oak Harbor, Washington.

When officers confronted him, he did not run, said Lt. Mike Hawley of the Island County Sheriff's Office. Instead, he froze and complied, Hawley said. Cetin was not armed at the time of his arrest.

"He said nothing," Hawley said. "Just kind of zombie-like."

Cetin is scheduled to make a court appearance Monday.

Motive unclear

Washington state shooting suspect in custody

While more details emerged on the suspect after his arrest Saturday night, the motive remains unknown.

Cetin emigrated from Turkey and is a legal permanent resident of the United States, authorities said. It's unclear when he moved to the US.

State authorities said it's too early to rule out terrorism or any other motive because their investigation is in its preliminary stages. Before the suspect's arrest, an official with the FBI had told reporters there was "no evidence at this time" of a link to terrorism.

Authorities say Cetin walked into the mall, about 65 miles north of Seattle, and opened fire with a rifle Friday night. He allegedly fled the mall afterward, sending more than 24 law enforcement agencies on a manhunt across the state.

Authorities collected evidence from the mall overnight Friday and all day Saturday as the bodies were removed from the premise. Eventually, they identified his vehicle by matching information received from a tip with surveillance footage obtained from local business.

'Devastating loss'

Authorities declined to comment on the type of weapon used or his mental health, citing the ongoing investigation. They did, however, say Cetin had been arrested once in the past year for simple assault.

Burlington Mayor Steve Sexton called the shooting a "devastating loss" of five treasured members of the small community.

"That was us in that mall last night --anyone of us at any time," Sexton said. "It changed those families forever. ... It changed our community forever."

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee praised the hundreds of law enforcement personnel involved with capturing Cetin in less than 24 hours. He noted that the entire state of Washington stood with Burlington.

"Passivity in the face of this scourge of violence is unacceptable," he said.

In the coming days, authorities said they planned to flesh out the timeline of Cetin's alleged actions. They will also execute a number of search warrants in an effort to compile further evidence.

FBI Drops A BOMBSHELL On Obama…Docs PROVE His Guilt In Hillary Scandal!

Barry has some explaining to do…

Video 285

What a freaking liar! If he didn't know about it why did he use a pseudonym when emailing her? This is one steaming pile and we have Comey just as complicit as the rest of them!

This  "the most transparent administration" has to watch the news reports to find out what they did.

------------------------------------------

The FBI continues in its tradition of waiting until Friday evenings to release documents they are required to make public, obviously in order to bury the information while no one is paying attentions.

Sorry, FBI, Americans are always paying attention, and this one has the potential to wrap Obama and Hillary up in a nice little bow and deliver them to jail together.

Obama claimed in March 2015 that he had no knowledge of Hillary’s private email use and therefore, as her boss, knew nothing of her potential classified security breaches.

Well, when you’re caught emailing her to the account you said you didn’t know about, that makes things pretty tough. Politico reports:

President Barack Obama used a pseudonym in email communications with Hillary Clinton and others, according to FBI records made public Friday.

Via:

The disclosure came as the FBI released its second batch of documents from its investigation into Clinton’s private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.

In an April 5, 2016 interview with the FBI, Abedin was shown an email exchange between Clinton and Obama, but the longtime Clinton aide did not recognize the name of the sender.

“Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?’” the report says. “Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym and asked if she could have a copy of the email.”

The State Department has refused to make public that and other emails Clinton exchanged with Obama. Lawyers have cited the “presidential communications privilege,” a variation of executive privilege, in order to withhold the messages under the Freedom of Information Act.

Combine this with the plain fact that Obama claimed before the American public that he heard about the email server scandal on the news and had no idea until that point that Hillary was using a private email address to conduct official business, and you’ll soon see that his story does not add up.

If Obama had admitted he had known of Clinton’s security breaches at the time by communicating with her, he would have implicated himself in the scandal. Clearly he couldn’t allow that and was happy to lie to the American public. Many had cause to doubt him on this, and now those doubts have been vindicated. (As an aside, don’t you love how Huma keeps spouting off and getting her bosses into trouble?)

If Hillary is indicted over the email scandal, Obama may be on the hook just as much for knowing about it and yet allowing it to go on, and also for blatantly lying to the American public about his knowledge of her criminal activity.

My take? Don't hold your breath. This would be an extraordinary revelation if it involved a Republican president but because it's Barry, it's just a passing curiosity.

Emails show NBC's Andrea Mitchell telling Colin Powell Trump's nomination is 'awful'

She must be voting for Gary Johnson. Because if Trump is just “awful”... that would still put him light years ahead of Killary.

BTW...speaking of Johnson..

And he said he quit smoking pot!

Published September 23, 2016

It may not be a shock to her viewers, but NBC journalist Andrea Mitchell is not a fan of Donald Trump -- and leaked emails from June apparently show her describing the prospect of Trump getting the Republican nomination as “awful.”

Emails between former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Mitchell from June, and leaked this month by DC Leaks, begin with a fairly standard journalist’s request for comment after former Bush deputy secretary of state Richard Armitage announced he was backing Hillary Clinton for president.

“Armitage now supporting her? Are you going to endorse? Wondering,” Mitchell asks Powell.

Powell brushes off the question and notes that Armitage has been saying this in public for a while. But then in an email chain dated June 17, Mitchell tells Powell that she thinks Republicans need to find a way to avoid nominating Trump.

“I know trump controls the convention rules committee but I keep thinking they have to find a way not to nominate him,” she tells Powell.

Powell responds by telling her he thinks Trump will get the nomination, and notes that Ryan has declared he is sticking with Trump.

“I don't see how. Even Paul Ryan in today's papers says he has problems, but is sticking with him. Trump is his own best critic right now. Be careful not to give him critics he can attack and divert attention. I assume he will get the nomination. Then the game is on,” Powell responded.

Powell’s outlook is not an optimistic one for Mitchel, who then responds: “It is awful,” apparently referring to Trump’s nomination.

Mitchell did not respond to a request for comment from FoxNews.com

No shit.
