FBI agreed to destroy laptops of Clinton aides with immunity deal, lawmaker says

FBI destroyed laptops of Clinton aides after reviewing

Anyone remember any mention of this at the hearings?

Grant all the key players immunity and then destroy the laptops evidence.

Certainly no impropriety going on here!

When the FBI is complicit where do you go from here? Surely someone in the Bureau knows what’s really going on. Maybe Gowdy should offer THEM immunity and finally get some straight answers. We need the truth no matter who's got to go down to get it. If this was Whitey Bulger instead of Clinton do you think the FBI would have conducted itself in the same way? Come to think of it-- you only have to look at Martha Stewart. Stewart went to jail not because of insider trading but because she lied to the FBI.

So then how do you explain this?

There can only be one explanation. She lied to the American people but told the FBI the truth...I did send and receive classified information on my private server. Which still makes her guilty. You can't have it both ways. Not to mention she deleted 31,000 emails while under subpoena. That alone had to be against the law.

Immunity deals for two top Hillary Clinton aides included a side arrangement obliging the FBI to destroy their laptops after reviewing the devices, House Judiciary Committee sources told Fox News on Monday.

Sources said the arrangement with former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson also limited the search to no later than Jan. 31, 2015. This meant investigators could not review documents for the period after the email server became public -- in turn preventing the bureau from discovering if there was any evidence of obstruction of justice, sources said.

The Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee fired off a letterMonday to Attorney General Loretta Lynch asking why the DOJ and FBI agreed to the restrictive terms, including that the FBI would destroy the laptops after finishing the search.

“Like many things about this case, these new materials raise more questions than answers,” Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., wrote in the letter obtained by Fox News.

“Doesn’t the willingness of Ms. Mills and Ms. Samuelson to have their laptops destroyed by the FBI contradict their claim that the laptops could have been withheld because they contained non-relevant, privileged information? If so, doesn’t that undermine the claim that the side agreements were necessary?” Goodlatte asks.

The immunity deals for Mills and Samuelson, made as part of the FBI’s probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server when she served as secretary of state, apparently included a series of “side agreements” that were negotiated by Samuelson and Mills’ attorney Beth Wilkinson.

The side deals were agreed to on June 10, less than a month before FBI Director James Comey announced that the agency would recommend no charges be brought against Clinton or her staff.

Judiciary Committee aides told FoxNews.com that the destruction of the laptops is particularly troubling as it means that the computers could not be used as evidence in future legal proceedings, should new information or circumstances arise.

Committee aides also asked why the FBI and DOJ would enter into a voluntary negotiation to begin with, when the laptops could be obtained condition-free via a subpoena.

The letter also asked why the DOJ agreed to limit their search of the laptops to files before Jan. 31, 2015, which would “give up any opportunity to find evidence related to the destruction of evidence or obstruction of justice related to Secretary Clinton’s unauthorized use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State.”

Aides expressed shock at the parameter, saying it is especially troubling as Mills and Samuelson already had immunity from the consequences of whatever might be on the laptop.

“You’re essentially extending immunity to everyone,” one aide said.

The letter to Lynch sought to determine how many documents were blocked from FBI investigators because they fell outside of the date range agreed to by the DOJ.

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge and FoxNews.com’s Adam Shaw contributed to this report.

Trump files 916 million loss to the IRS in 1995

Mind you this is coming from the same investigate team at the NYT's who still can't figure out why Barry's college transcripts are top secret.

Every American hates tax filing season. In total, Americans spend an estimated 8.9 billion hours preparing tax returns. The tax industry, and the time it takes to file taxes, costs the American economy more than $409 billion — each year.

Americans put all that time and energy into tax returns for a larger purpose: to pay as little as possible.

In this regard, Donald Trump is not anomaly. Let’s be honest, no one — not you, not anyone — has ever tried to pay more in taxes.

But to hear Killary tell it...well let's cite a couple examples.

The "genius" she worked for?

Losses more than $840 billion of  TAXPAYER  money on his doomed stimulus plan and then jokes about it like he just lost $50 bucks in a slot machine!

Former Democratic governor of NJ and former CEO of MF Global Jon Corzine was subpoenaed to appear before a House committee on December 8, 2011, to answer questions regarding 1.2 billion dollars of missing money from MF Global client accounts. He testified before the committee, "I simply do not know where the money is, or why the accounts have not been reconciled to date."
An IRS investigation never took place and never spent a minute in jail.

Getting back to taxes seems our current SOS John Kerry is not too crazy about paying them either.

I have lost all respect for the Bush family

George W. Bush Daughter Seen at $5K Per Ticket Clinton Fundraiser

Okay, I get it. I'm not a big fan of Trump either and thought we should have done better but it's too late for that now. You want to sit on the sidelines this go around... fine. But for a 'purported Republican' to actively participate in a fundraiser for Killary and donate $5,000 bucks is a leap too far. After all these years I have stuck by this family through thick and thin including giving money to W's campaigns and now they stab me and my party in the back in the most offensive way possible! One thing for certain. I will never vote for any fucking Bush ever again!

BTW…we have all seen the Killary ads featuring Republicans tearing Trump a new one. Have you ever saw an ad where a Democrat is doing the same to Killary?

------------------------------------------------

Barbara is absolutely stunning to look at. Too bad, she's supporting Huma whose husband is a pedophile, and her boss's husband who will fuck anything on two legs.

The Clinton's, world class liars and she supports them? I don't get it.

It appears that there is another member of the Bush clan supporting Hillary Clinton for president after reports surfaced that George W's daughter, Barbara, attended a Saturday night fundraiser for Hillary. The $5,000 per ticket event allowed partygoers the opportunity to hobnob with Clinton's top aide, Huma Abedin.

Barbara Bush spent the night of October 1 rubbing elbows with Abedin in Paris, France, at a special Clinton fundraiser held during the City of Light's famed Paris Fashion Week. According to The Daily Mail, Bush "paid at least $5,000 for the privilege."

The party featured Abedin, Hollywood actress Dakota Fanning, and other celebrities. Black Eyed Peas band member Will.i.am also participated in events during the weekend geared at "mobiliz[ing] the expat vote with just five weeks to go."

The special party was co-hosted by Vogue magazine's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and concluded with a dinner at American socialite Lauren Santo Domingo's Paris home with tickets costing $5,000 per seat ($10,000 to "co-host" with "preferred seating").

Huma Abedin, Hillary's long-time top aide, has been in the news quite a bit lately. She was embarrassed yet again by the sexual abuse allegations against her husband, Anthony Weiner. The one-time Congressman is now under investigation for soliciting sex from a 15-year-old girl. He was also condemned for allegedly using his infant son as a "chick magnet" to get women.

But more worrisome is Abedin's troubling involvement with Hillary's email scandal. During an FBI investigation, for instance, Abedin told agents she had no knowledge of Hillary's illegal email server yet released documents suggests she lied to the FBI.

Despite all these scandals, young Barbara Bush was seen mingling with Abedin and, according to The Daily Mail, shelling out big dollars for Hillary's campaign to do so.

Barbara is hardly the first Bush said to be refusing to support the duly nominated candidate for the Republican Party, Donald Trump, and supporting Clinton instead. Many were aghast when her grandfather, former President George H.W. Bush, was reported as telling a member of the Kennedy clan that he was voting for Hillary.

The former President is only one of the Bush clan seemingly acting the turncoat to his own party. H.W.'s son, former Florida Governor and failed GOP presidential candidate, Jeb Bush, has also been on record as refusing to support his own party.

Even after Donald Trump essentially won the GOP nomination for president, for instance, Jeb petulantly insisted that he would never vote for Trump. And at the end of September, Jeb reiterated his refusal to support the party by insisting that Republicans should stay home in November because, in his estimation, not voting would make a "powerful political statement."

Jeb's super rich, establishment donors have followed their preferred candidate's lead, too. One Bush donor pledged to donate a whopping $2 million to Hillary's Latino outreach program to help her get elected in November.

Still another Bush has also been reticent to support the party's nominee. Texas Land Commissioner and Texas GOP Victory Chair George P. Bush, Jeb's son, initially said he would never vote for Donald Trump. But only a few months later it appears he softened his stance by saying it is important to stop Hillary so Republicans should "swallow a bitter pill" and vote Trump.

But not everyone in the Bush family orbit have turned against the Republican Party. Recently no less than 50 Bush appointees came out with a bold and forceful endorsement of Donald Trump.

Parental Basement Dwellers: Hillary Clinton Criticizes Bernie Sanders Voters for Having ‘Bought into False Promise’

I'm sure this will help "woo" the millennial voters for Clinton.

Okay, so if you favor Trump you are one of the "deplorables". If you were a Bernie fan you're a "basement dwelling barista living with your parents." In my opinion, Bernie voters and the OWS crowd are one in the same. But what gets me in this. If you don't want to be a deplorable or a basement dwelling barista what is the solution?

Cast your vote for Killary a lying, conniving, scandal-ridden, bitch.
Or so she would have you believe.

--------------------------------

“It’s a false promise,” Clinton says in the recording, referencing Sanders’ political revolution. “But I don’t think you tell idealistic people — particularly young people — that they’ve bought into a false promise.”

The audio, which was released by the Washington Free Beacon, comes just three weeks after Clinton faced backlash for calling millions of Americans supporting Donald Trump “deplorables.”

The recording, which is from a fundraising event in February, catches the Democratic nominee calling Sanders’ supporters “children of the Great Recession” that are “living in their parents’ basement.”

“There is a strain of, on the one hand, the kind of populist, nationalist, xenophobic, discriminatory kind of approach that we hear too much of from the Republican candidates,” Clinton states.

She continues:

And on the other side, there’s just a deep desire to believe that we can have free college, free healthcare, that what we’ve done hasn’t gone far enough, and that we just need to, you know, go as far as, you know, Scandinavia, whatever that means, and half the people don’t know what that means, but it’s something that they deeply feel.

“Some are new to politics completely. They’re children of the Great Recession. And they are living in their parents’ basement,” Clinton adds. “They feel they got their education and the jobs that are available to them are not at all what they envisioned for themselves. And they don’t see much of a future.”

“If you’re feeling like you’re consigned to, you know, being a
, or you know, some other job that doesn’t pay a lot, and doesn’t have some other ladder of opportunity attached to it, then the idea that maybe, just maybe, you could be part of a political revolution is pretty appealing.”

The audio, which the Washington Free Beacon reports was “revealed by hackers who breached the email account of a campaign staffer,” is making headlines after Sanders hit the campaign trail in New Hampshire on Wednesday to woo millennial voters for Clinton.
