150 arrested in Northern California immigration sweep; ICE official says others eluded authorities after Oakland mayor's 'reckless' alert

Someone tell me how these fucks get elected?

Why wasn't Libby Schaaf arrested for aiding and abetting criminal aliens?  She warns the illegal community ICE is going to carry out a raid! She cares more about illegals (ICE arrested 20,201 people across the state of that 81 % had criminal convictions.) than the best interests of the citizens she was elected to serve and protect! When one of her protected illegals shoots and kills someone you know who's going to get the blame don't you... Gun Control, and the NRA... Anybody and Everybody except the illegal who committed the crime and Libby Schaaf who paved the way for it to happen.

If you live in Oakland, CA why don't you put a stop to this shit?

Update:

Federal agents arrested more than 150 people suspected of violating immigration laws during a three-day sweep across Northern California, authorities said Tuesday.

About half of those arrested have criminal convictions. A top Immigration and Customs Enforcement official said he thought others were able to elude arrest after the Oakland mayor alerted the public about the upcoming raids.

ICE Deputy Director Thomas D. Homan blasted so-called sanctuary laws in San Francisco and Oakland, saying they endanger immigration officers who aren't allowed in jails and therefore must make more arrests in the community.

"The Oakland mayor's decision to publicize her suspicions about ICE operations further increased that risk for my officers and alerted criminal aliens — making clear that this reckless decision was based on her political agenda with the very federal laws that ICE is sworn to uphold," Homan said in a statement.

He added that 864 immigrants with criminal histories are still at large despite the raids this week that led to arrests in Stockton, Sacramento, San Francisco and Bay Point.

"I have to believe that some of them were able to elude us thanks to the mayor's irresponsible decision," Homan said.

Among those at large are Oakland residents with multiple prior removals, said James Schwab, a spokesman for ICE in San Francisco, a field office that spans 49 counties from Bakersfield to the Oregon border. They include someone convicted of carrying a loaded firearm and selling drugs and another suspected of transporting cocaine and having sex with a minor.

Immigration detainers lodged against them have been "repeatedly ignored," Schwab said. "Instead they have been released back into the community to potentially re-offend."

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf sent out the alert Saturday night, saying she had heard from multiple sources that immigration agents would be conducting enforcement operations "starting as soon as within the next 24 hours."

She urged residents here illegally to take precautions, sparking debate about what role politicians and city governments should play in spreading information — both confirmed and unconfirmed — about possible federal immigration sweeps.

In a statement late Tuesday, Schaaf said she does not regret offering the heads-up about the raids.

"It was my intention that one mother, or one father, would use the information to help keep their family together," she said. "It is Oakland's legal right to be a sanctuary city and we have not broken any laws. We believe our community is safer when families stay together."

The epitome of an asshole liberal.

Why would you protect illegal criminals living in Oakland, CA to the detriment of American citizens? I just don’t get it.

In fiscal year 2017, ICE arrested 20,201 people across the state, Schwab said. Of those, he said, 81% had criminal convictions.

Some of those who were arrested in the latest sweep will be prosecuted for returning to the country after deportation, Schwab said. One person arrested in Bay Point had been removed from the country eight times.

Another, a documented Sureño gang member identified as Armando Nuñez-Salgado, has four prior removals, Schwab said. Over the last 18 years, he added, the 38-year-old has been convicted of assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, hit-and-run causing injury and evading a peace officer.

Dozens of people caught in the sweep have no criminal histories. Although the raids prioritized people who pose a threat, officials said anyone violating immigration laws were subject to arrest.

Black Lives Matter leader who ran through police tape on live TV and grabbed a Confederate flag was shot in the thigh on his bike in an attempted robbery and died from blood loss after carrying on cycling for six blocks

The headline is misleading. I thought d’Baha was the robber, not the victim.

So let's say later we discover he was shot by Deqavious Johnson. I wonder how much of a commotion you're going to get from BLM then? Because in their mind his death doesn't count. All that matters is who shot him.

  • Muhiyidin d’Baha, 32, was shot and later died in New Orleans on February 6
  • He is now is believed to have been the victim of an attempted robbery
  • The Black Lives Matter leader was found at the end of a six-block trail of blood
  • He was found with his bike on Bienville Street shortly after being shot at 1.24 am

A well-known Black Lives Matter leader who was slain in New Orleans earlier this month is believed to have been the victim of an attempted robbery, police have revealed.

Muhiyidin d’Baha, 32, was found shot in the early morning hours of February 6 while riding his bicycle on Bienville Street, with his bicycle at the end of a six-block trail of blood, the NOLA Times-Picayune reported.

The activist died later that day from blood loss related to the gunshot wound in his thigh, his relatives wrote in a GoFundMe campaign launched to raise money to bring his body home to Charleston, South Carolina.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the NOPD Police Department.

d'Baha, whose legal last name was Moye, achieved notoriety for jumping through caution tape set up by police to take a Confederate flag away from a protester on live television at the College of Charleston in February 2017.

Though the nation took notice of d'Baha then, his family and loved ones, who referred to him simply as 'Moye' or 'Moya,' said his work within the Black Lives Matter movement ran much deeper than that isolated incident.

d'Baha referred to his activism as 'putting in work,' his girlfriend, Erica Veal, told the NOLA Times-Picayune at the time of his death.

Thomas Dixon, a North Charleston pastor who often worked side by side in activism with d'Baha, who practiced the religion of d'Baha 'I, echoed what a great loss this was to their community.'

'They'll never know it. Whether it was accidental or intentional, that person, at least in this realm, will never know what they took away from the world,' Dixon said of d'Baha's killer.

d'Baha was in New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras, and connect with local musicians

The percussionist, guitarist, flutist, pianist and marimba player, who is said to have loved drums the most, had arrived to the city on February 2, and four days later, he was dead

Camille Weaver, his niece who was responsible for creating an account to raise money for the transport of his body and a memorial service, said the family learned of his passing at around 9.30 am the next day, through a phone call from an official 'saying that he had died due to excessive blood loss.'

The updated information about the suspected robbery was revealed by the NOPD on Wednesday.

NOPD Homicide Detective Brett Mathes is in charge of the investigation into d'Baha's death, which remains ongoing at this time.

NOPD is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for anyone who can provide information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

Mathes can be reached at 504-658-5300 with any information.

Trump wants his personal pilot to lead FAA, drug dealers to be executed: reports

So before you find Trump's take below, let's say excessively stringent, bear in mind Trump has to round up all the drug dealers and various other criminals Barry released from prison during his 8-year occupation. These were just a few of the headlines:

...and the list goes on and on.

Once we get the full story on the Clinton-financed Trump dossier with a whole host of co-conspirators he may be booked for a reservation instead of just visiting.

------------------------------------

President Donald Trump speaks at the White House on Friday.

President Donald Trump is pushing for his personal pilot to become the new head of the Federal Aviation Administration, and has talked of the appeal of executing drug dealers, according to a pair of reports by Axios on Sunday.

John Dunkin, who flew Trump on his private Boeing 757 during the presidential campaign, is on the FAA short list, Axios reported. The FAA chairman oversees a $16 billion annual budget and is in charge of all U.S. civil aviation.

A senior administration official told Axios that Dunkin had an impressive interview for the FAA job, and has prior managerial and administrative experience. “He’s on the list because he’s the president’s pilot, but if he gets the job it won’t be because he’s the president’s pilot,” the source said, according to Axios.

In a separate report, Axios cited multiple sources who said Trump has expressed admiration at how countries such as Singapore and China execute drug dealers.

“He often jokes about killing drug dealers... He’ll say, ‘You know the Chinese and Filipinos don’t have a drug problem. They just kill them,’” Axios quoted a source as saying.

In the Philippines, more than 12,000 drug dealers and users have been killed by police and death squads in the past two years under President Rodrigo Duterte, according to Human Rights Watch.

According to the sources, Trump has said drug dealers are as bad as serial killers, and he would love to change U.S. law to have them executed.

While that is unlikely to happen, Axios reported Trump may push for new mandatory-minimum sentences for drug traffickers and take inspiration from parts of Singapore’s “zero-tolerance” policy, such as increased anti-drug education in schools.
