Kavanaugh protestor getting paid after disrupting the hearing

Can't vouch for the veracity of this story 100% but she is wearing the same dress as when she was thrown out of the hearing. It wouldn't be the first time the left paid for 'protestors'.

--------------------------

At the Senate nominating hearing, this woman screamed about stopping Kavanaugh from being approved

After she was removed from the hearing room, she approached the "paymaster"

Here, she collects her protest 'pay'.........

Who pays the paymaster? The suspect list is l-o-n-g.

Don't expect the likes of CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC or MSNBC to investigate this. Fox and One America News might cover it, but that's about it. Everyone else will be kept in the dark like mushrooms planted in compost.

Probably got extra to cover her court cost.

HISPANIC shoots WHITE police woman over routine traffic stop

I made up that headline. Didn't really think you would see that from the MSM did you?

If there was no video you would have been reading this:

WHITE police woman and her partner shoot and kill HISPANIC over routine traffic stop

-----------------------------------

The Los Angeles Police Department on Monday released graphic video footage of July 28 shootout that occurred during a routine traffic stop that resulted in the injury of an officer and the death of the suspect.

The police officers seen in the video were not identified and the events leading up to the shooting appeared routine. The female officer-- who approached from the drivers' side-- worked in the gang unit and apparently knew the suspect.

The officer asked the driver to exit the car, at which point he could be seen pulling out a .380-caliber handgun and firing just inches from the officer. She could be seen falling to the ground and her partner-- who was at the passengers’ side-- returns fire, mortally wounding gang member Richard Mendoza, 32, according to Fox 11.

The Los Angeles Times reported that Mendoza was hit multiple times in his head a torso and died later at a nearby hospital.

The shooting occurred in Mission Hills in the San Fernando Valley at about 10:15 p.m., the report said. The female officer was hit in the leg. She is recovering, police said.

The report said the LAPD has been releasing videos from “critical incidents.”

“By the grace of God she is alive,” LAPD Chief Michel Moore told the paper. “Officers are fearful in these situations and the public here gets to see why.

“Once a person has you in that position it is very tough,” he said. “You cannot stop that first one or two shots.”

Retired LAPD Sergeant Mike Sayre told Fox 11 that the video is a good example of how quickly police officers have to respond.

"So, that means you have to be able to identify a problem, react to it and neutralize it within 3 seconds. That’s quick.”

------------------------------

To put in perspective this is 'Saint Tamir'... one of many saints.

His neighbors (took a video/photo) and called the cops when they saw him walking around carrying a gun. When the police confronted him and he refused to drop the gun he was subsequently shot. They were supposed to be clairvoyant knowing this was a 12-year-old with a toy gun.

The final kick in the head? The neighbors who called it in participated in the protests.

Black man shot dead in his OWN home by white police woman who 'mistook his apartment for hers'

First, take a good look at that headline from The Mirror in the UKOne thing for sure the media promptly jumped on a tragic incident seeking to present it as a white on black racism issue.

We know how the media works...

To be sure more questions then answers here. How did her key open his apt? She couldn’t tell she was in the wrong apt? We'll see how it plays out. That said, and I'm not making an excuse for her actions, I truly believe when she went home that night she had no intention of killing anybody black or white. The only plausible explanation I can come up with the door was not locked. She opened it the lights were turned off. She saw a man run through the shadows (he probably thought and rightfully so someone was breaking into his apt) thinking it was her apt she shot him. Just a terrible tragedy all the way around.

Bottom line if the victim was white this story would not have gotten anywhere near the notoriety it's getting now.

------------------------------

A white police officer fatally shot a black man in his own home after she entered the flat and thought it was hers, it is claimed.

Officer Amber Guyger, who was off-duty, could be charged with manslaughter in the death of 26-year-old accountant Botham Jean.

Guyger, 30, was returning home from a 12-hour shift - in uniform and armed with her service handgun - when she mistook Mr. Jean's apartment for her own, police in Dallas, Texas, said.

Thursday night's shooting happened about 18 months after she shot a man in the abdomen after he disarmed her Taser during a struggle.

Video recorded by a neighbor in the aftermath shows a chaotic scene, with Guyger seen crying and pacing as she speaks on a mobile phone and sirens wail in the distance.

Later, paramedics are seen trying to revive Mr. Jean as they wheel him out of the flat on a stretcher while surrounded by police officers.

Guyger, a Dallas police officer for four years, told officers responding to the shooting that she entered the man's apartment believing that it was her own, a police statement said.

She had just moved into the building about a month ago, it was reported.

She is being independently investigated by the Texas Rangers, who have asked police to hold off on a planned manslaughter arrest warrant until the probe is carried out, said police Chief Renee Hall.

As part of the investigation, police took a blood sample from Guyger to test it for alcohol and drugs.

Guyger has been placed on administrative leave.

In May 2017, she shot a man named Uvaldo Perez, who took her Taser during a struggle. She was not charged following that incident, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Perez, 47, was later jailed for two years after admitting to taking the weapon, possessing drugs and violating his parole conditions.

Lee Merritt, a lawyer representing Mr. Jean's family, who held a vigil on Saturday, tweeted: "Our first & foremost priority will be to ensure justice is served for this family. That includes holding Amber Guyger accountable for her crimes as well as ID’ing all responsible for enabling this incident."

He has called on authorities to issue a warrant for Guyger's arrest, telling reports that there is "enough evidence" to charge her with manslaughter.

He suggested a charge would have come sooner if Guyger wasn't a police officer.

The lawyer added: "This family is frustrated. This family is upset. This family is grieving that that has not happened yet.

"We believe that that has not happened yet is a differential treatment for law enforcement officers."

Mr. Merritt said it is believed that Mr. Jean and Guyger did not know each other.

Mr. Jean, an accountant who worked in risk assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, was originally from the Caribbean island of St Lucia.

His mum, Allie Jean, has questioned how the incident could have happened and suggested he might still be alive if he were white.

She told NBC News: "Somebody has to be crazy not to realize that they walked into the wrong apartment. He's a bachelor. Things are different inside.

"And if you try your key and it doesn't work, that should make you realize you're at the wrong apartment. Every door for each apartment is also numbered."

The devastated mum said she wants to forgive the officer, but added: "She took away my heart, she took away my soul, she took away everything. He didn't deserve to die like that."

She told KXAS-TV: “If it was a white man would it have been different? Would she have reacted differently?”

She said her son had been a top student at Harding University, a private Christian school in Arkansas before he became an accountant.

He was active in his local church, serving as a song leader, she added.

At university, he often led worship services on campus.

Guyger, who called 911 to report the shooting, "is devastated" following the young man's death, an unnamed colleague told the Dallas Morning News.

The officer added: "She is so, so sorry for this family."

Chief Hall said the force is "totally committed to getting to the bottom of this situation", and she urged the public to have trust in her officers.

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings said: "For anyone that questions whether we’re going to get to the truth of this, there should be no doubters. We will find out exactly what happened."

Residents of the upscale South Side Flats apartment complex were left shaken by the incident.

Richard Healy Nelson told Fox News: "(It's) super scary because the police are supposed to protect you and then they come home and, you know, you're just hanging out in your own house and then they come home thinking they're home or whatever."
