OJ Simpson goes golfing in backyard for TikTok debut as he goes stir crazy at home during quarantine

OJ Simpson has taken surprisingly well to social media for a man who was locked up for nearly a decade.

The controversial figure joined Twitter last year, just before the 25th anniversary of wife Nicole Brown Simpson's murder.

He recently joined yet another popular app, making his TikTok debut with a trending meme while going stir crazy in quarantine.

Don’t know why he’s so bored. He does have a certain talent that should keep him occupied.

The 72-year-old shared a montage of his daily activities in isolation, set to Bored in the House by Jeremy.

It started with him watching TV, before playing some putt putt in his living room and working out with a resistance band.

He then dusted some photos and put away some clothes before taking the golf to the backyard and nursing a bottle of Jack Daniels back in front of the TV.

It appears he wasn't joking last month when he said he'd go crazy if golf courses were closed amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Beijing Admits to Undercounting Coronavirus Deaths, Raises Wuhan Death Toll by 50 Percent

How can I put this...

They even lie when they're telling the 'truth'.

OK... NYC has a population of about 8.5 million people and 17,134 have died from C-19. Wuhan China (the epicenter of C-19) with a population of 10.5 million and only 3,869 died?

Total bullshit...just like this story.

How lame.

The Chinese Communist Party has revised its reported death count in Wuhan by exactly 50 percent, an attempt to improve the “credibility of the government” as residents and experts have warned the actual count is far higher that what’s been previously reported.

In an interview Friday with the Xinhua state news agency, officials pointed to unreported deaths at homes as the reason for the revision, to show “accountability to history, to the people and the victims,” and to promote “open and transparent disclosure of information and data accuracy.” Deaths rose 1,290 to 3,869 in the revised number.

But Wuhan residents have warned that the death count is at least 40,000, pointing to increased demands on funeral homes and cremation numbers, which the government has censored reporting on. U.S. intelligence has also told the White House that mid-level bureaucrats in Wuhan have been lying about the number of cases, with some experts estimating that the total caseload in China could be close to three million, way above the official count of over 82,000 officially confirmed cases.

“The provinces report nonsense, such as Jiangsu with zero deaths in a population of 80 million,” Derek Scissors of the American Enterprise Institute told National Review. “The lessons China learned are all wasted, even harmful if decision-makers elsewhere believe China is offering accurate information and represents a model.”

Wuhan lifted its total lockdown earlier this month, but city doctors have warned that tens of thousands of asymptomatic cases could exist, in comments that were subsequently removed from publication by the government.

Bill Gates calls Trump's decision to halt funding for WHO dangerous

For starters I don't believe for a minute Gates is involved in some sort of conspiracy. Apart from the United States The Gates Foundation gives more money to WHO exceeding every national government including China. Gates is a smart guy. He doesn’t see what’s going on with Tedros Adhanom and China? Tedious Adhanom has a history of corruption stemming back to his days in Ethiopia. The guy is not even a medical doctor. Would we want a plumber to head the AMA? Instead of jumping down Trump’s throat why doesn’t he use his massive amount of resources to conduct his own investigation? Isn't he the slightest bit concerned Trump may be right?

‘The View’ co-host Joy Behar suggests Michigan protesters should ‘sign away their right to treatment’

As usual the dumbass completely misses the point. If Whitmer was a Republican she would be agreeing with the protesters.

Oh...and I thought she was hideous with makeup.

Protesters in Michigan and other states who recently demonstrated against their governors’ stay-at-home orders and other coronavirus guidelines won no sympathy Thursday from Joy Behar, liberal co-host of “The View.”

“Well, I’d like to ask them if they’re willing to sign away their right to treatment if and when they get infected,” Behar said, as “The View” panelists discussed the protests via video while quarantined in their homes.

“Are you gonna say, ‘OK, I don’t need a ventilator because I thought I should go out and defy the governor’s order?” Behar asked.

On Wednesday, hundreds of protesters gathered outside Michigan’s capitol building in Lansing to protest Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s social distancing restrictions, which critics have described as an overreach.

Some protesters noted that Michigan had counties that were on lockdown despite being free of confirmed cases of the virus, also known as COVID-19. Others said limits on gardening and visiting relatives went too far.

“Citizens are frankly tired of being treated like babies. As adults, we now know what needs to be done to stay safe,” Marian Sheridan, a co-founder of the Michigan Conservative Coalition, said in a statement.

That would seem to suit Behar, who also express concern about infected protesters seeking treatment close to her home.

“OK, and I’d like to know if people in states that are following the guidelines, like people like us in New York, can be sure that these people don’t come here,” she said. “I understand the fact that they’re upset they can’t get their veggies. But hello, we’re talking about this disease being way more infecting and worse than they even thought.”

Whitmer is now facing at least two federal lawsuits because of her policies, which she defended in a Twitter message on April 11.

“We are living in a difficult time, & the unknown is scary,” she wrote. “But I do know that we must remain steady. We can’t allow fear or panic to guide us. The lives of Michiganders are at stake. We must stay the course to save lives. Stay steady. We’re going to get through this together.”

Other states seeing protests in recent weeks included Ohio and Wyoming.
