This bill is over 90% pork and is nothing but a fucking bail out for out of control blue state big city spending. It should be called the Blue State Bail Out Bill.
Now the taxpayers of fiscal red states that our sound are forced to pay for the mismanagement head over heels debt of states like New York, California, and Illinois to name a few. Oh... and I'm sure Detroit will get some too which is tantamount to flushing it down the toilet.
