Joe Biden has been caught red handed with what appears to be a detailed pre-approved list of reporters he’s allowed to call upon while taking questions after the G20 summit in Rome.

The president has been known to only call upon reporters his team pre-approved, however today’s press conference showed images of the list with photos of the reporters.

He told the media “I’m happy to take some questions” and then grabbed his list and said he’s been “told to start with AP, Zeke Miller.”

President Biden has copped intense backlash for failing to front the media by either walking away from events without taking questions, sometimes even snapping at reporters.

Last week while speaking to school kids in New Jersey the president pointed at the media and said “they’re with you all the time”.

“They get to ask you all kinds of questions and you try to figure out how you can avoid answering them sometimes.”

There was a time when the president told his subordinates what to do now they're telling him.

1. Why were they questioned and released by the police knowing there was a dead eight-year-old in the house?

2. Why didn't the neighbors call the police when they realized the kids had been abandoned?

3. If true why did the boyfriend kill the eight year old and leave the corpse in the house for a year?

4. The remaining children's lives will forever be embroiled in mental issues beyond comprehension.

China's Xi will not attend COP26 

LONDON, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Chinese President Xi Jinping will not attend the COP26 climate summit in person, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been told, The Times newspaper reported.

Britain, which hosts the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties, or COP26, in Glasgow on Oct. 31-Nov 12, is seeking to get big power support for a more radical plan to tackle climate change.

"It is now pretty clear that Xi is not going to turn up and the PM has been told that," The Times quoted an unidentified British source as saying. "What we don’t know is what stance the Chinese are going to take."

The Times said British organisers fear that Xi's decision to stay away could be a prelude to China refusing to set new climate change goals amid an energy crunch.

The Chinese embassy in London could not be reached for immediate comment.

Xi, China’s most powerful leader since Mao Zedong, has not left the People's Republic since the beginning of the novel coronavirus pandemic. He has joined video calls with global leaders.

China is the world's largest greenhouse gas emitter so Xi's absence from discussions - either in person or via video calls - would mark a setback for Johnson's hopes of getting world leaders to agree a significant climate deal.

Xi, 68, who has served as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party since 2012, attended the 2015 Paris climate conference.
