Update...the POS found guilty of 5 of the 6 charges

Had any of these fools used a half an ounce of common sense? You would have to be incredibly stupid and bias to believe his preposterous story and these 5 were up to the task.

Well what a turn around! We went from Kim Foxx, to the total disbelief of everyone, dropping the case and now he's found guilty of five of the six counts... and don't forget after he got off the son of a bitch tried to sue the city!

Barry and his wife were instrumental in getting the case dropped but they're untouchable just like Hunter's computer.

My post on 2-12-20:

 Jussie Smollett indicted

What will be the final outcome after all the time, effort, and money put into this case? Sadly, I'm going with he'll be sentenced to 18 months and out in 9.

He also lied to the FBI about a letter he received with white powder so there's that to contend with too.

Oh... and lets not forget 'Twana Al's' comment:

Reverend Al Sharpton claimed that the "guilty must face the maximum" for the alleged crime committed against Smollett.

Wonder if that includes Smollett?

BLM backs Jussie Smollett: ‘We can never believe the police’

Of course they do! Did you expect anything different?

Why?

Because you would have to be a racist asshole to believe two MAGA guys (in Chicago of all places) were out at 2:00 a.m. in bitterly cold 19° weather lurking around with bleach and a noose just knowing Smollett was about to get hungry for a Subway sandwich. Not to mention they have a video of the two Osundairo brothers in Ace hardware buying bleach, rope, and MAGA hats.

Black Lives Matter is backing Jussie Smollett — who’s on trial for allegedly staging a hate crime attack — because “we can never believe the police,” a founder of the movement said in a statement.

“As abolitionists, we approach situations of injustice with love and align ourselves with our community,” Dr. Melina Abdullah, director of BLM Grassroots and co-founder of BLM Los Angeles, said in a Tuesday statement.

“In an abolitionist society, this trial would not be taking place, and our communities would not have to fight and suffer to prove our worth,” Abdullah said.

“In our commitment to abolition, we can never believe police, especially the Chicago Police Department (CPD) over Jussie Smollett, a Black man who has been courageously present, visible, and vocal in the struggle for Black freedom,” the statement continued.

Smollett, who was charged with six felony counts of disorderly conduct, claims that two men yelled anti-gay, racist remarks and hit him in Chicago in January 2019.

Prosecutors in the case have said the 39-year-old actor planned the ruse to get attention — a claim Smollett has repeatedly denied.

Jurors in the case began deliberating Wednesday and are set to resume Thursday morning.

Biden administration unveils first anti-corruption plan... Let's start with Hunter's computer

This is rich coming from him...

The Bribem family's middle name is "Corruption".

Mon, December 6, 2021, 10:29 AM

The Biden administration on Monday released the first-ever United States Strategy on Countering Corruption, which focuses on preventing bad actors using the U.S. and international financial systems to hide assets and launder money.

The 38-page plan to crack down on corruption was released ahead of the virtual Summit for Democracy, which the Biden administration is hosting on Thursday and Friday and will include over 100 participants from governments, civil society and the private sector.

Five pillars were announced to guide the implementation of the strategy, including modernizing the efforts to fight corruption by prioritizing intelligence collection and analysis and boosting coordination across industries.

The pillars also include curbing illicit finance through steps like issuing beneficial ownership transparency regulations to identify bad actors and enacting first-of-their-kind regulations surrounding real estate transactions to reveal when real estate is used to hide ill-gotten cash or to launder criminal proceeds.

The release on the strategy follows President Biden in June declaring the fight against corruption a core U.S. national security interest, during which he directed his national security team to lead the creation of a comprehensive strategy.

The administration plans to hold corrupt actors accountable by elevating diplomatic efforts and leveraging foreign assistance resources to achieve anti-corruption policy goals.

It plans to make anti-corruption work a priority of diplomatic efforts and re-evaluate criteria for government-to-government assistance on corruption.

$600,000 found in bathroom wall at Joel Osteen’s megachurch

$400,000 in checks???

Don't know whether or not he stole the money and don't really care. But what is truly amazing is why these idiots continue to send him money?

His $15 million house in Houston Texas. He supposed to be a pastor who cares about people? He couldn't have gotten by on a $400,000 house and gave the rest to charities?

His own private jet.

Actual quote by Joel Olsteen

"Don't focus on what you don't have."

Translation:

Focus on sending me more money. I'm trading my Ferrari for a Bugatti.

Like they say there's a sucker born every minute!!!

Seven years after an estimated $600,000 was stolen from a safe at Joel Osteen’s Houston megachurch, envelopes full of money were found hidden in a bathroom wall there, the church has confirmed.

The story of the Nov. 10 discovery came to light Thursday when a man identifying himself as a plumber called the Morning Bullpen radio show at Houston’s KILT, “The Bull.”

He described the events that occurred while he was making a plumbing repair at Lakewood Church: “There was a loose toilet in the wall, and we removed the tile,” the caller said. “We went to go remove the toilet, and I moved some insulation away and about 500 envelopes fell out of the wall, and I was like, ‘Oh wow!'”

He said they ended up pulling out about 3,000 envelopes containing cash and checks. He did not estimate how much was found, and the church’s statement didn’t, either.

Neither the church nor the Houston police addressed whether the discovery was related to the highly publicized theft in March 2014.

About $200,000 in cash and $400,000 in checks — the take from collections at one weekend’s services — disappeared from a safe sometime between a Sunday afternoon and the following morning.

It was never recovered.

At the time, a $25,000 reward was offered for information leading to an arrest in the case. On Thursday, Houston TV station KPRC asked Crime Stoppers, the group offering the award, whether the plumber would get any of the reward.

Its spokesperson said he would not — that the reward was only for information about the culprit, and that the statute of limitations for that crime has expired.

Lakewood is one of the nation’s largest churches, drawing more than 50,000 people a week before the pandemic. Since 2005, it has been housed in an arena that was the former home of the Houston Rockets. Joel Osteen became its lead pastor in 1999.

How do you know a meme is from a liberal website?

When a 'Smash and Grab' is portrayed, and because of political correctness, the guy stealing the necklace is Caucasian.
