Menendez calls FBI inquiry 'fallacious allegations'

Another one for the Mayo clinic?

They have two prostitutes on tape. This is one of them. Neither one knew who Menendez was. What's amusing and makes this story persuasive is how it came to light.

(If video won't load click post title)

video 5

He promised to pay them $500 each but gave them only a $100 after there sexual tryst. Democrats always promise more then they deliver. Menendez claims it's 'fallacious allegations'. This is in the same vein as the infamous John Edwards…"This is nothing but tabloid trash" statement.

BTW…This is the guy who wants to give illegals amnesty.

Menendez dismisses claims he slept with underage Dominican prostitutes as 'fallacious allegations'

WASHINGTON — New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez told The Daily Caller Monday that reports he slept with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic are "fallacious allegations."

Emails show that the FBI opened an inquiry last August into Menendez's repeated trips to the Dominican Republic.

Menendez dismissed the reports as "fallacious" when TheDC caught up with him in the subway of the Capitol building on Monday.

"I'm not going to respond to the fallacious allegations of your story," Menendez responded as he got off the train.

Would you take the word of a prostitute over a sitting United States Senator? Why not?
One lays on her back for a living, the other lies to make his. Next thing out of his mouth... he was posing as a Secret Service agent.

Another lie

Obama suggests he goes skeet shooting 'all the time'

Before you read this:
Google [Obama Golfing]

then Google
[Obama skeet shooting]
He goes 'all the time' right?

I couldn't find one picture of him holding a shotgun.

Except this one!

In an interview with The New Republic, President Barack Obama suggested he regularly goes skeet shooting with guests at Camp David.

"[U]p at Camp David, we do skeet shooting all the time," Obama said. "Not the girls, but oftentimes guests of mine go up there. And I have a profound respect for the traditions of hunting that trace back in this country for generations. And I think those who dismiss that out of hand make a big mistake. Part of being able to move this forward is understanding the reality of guns in urban areas are very different from the realities of guns in rural areas."

Somehow I can't see Barry with a Browning Citori 12 gauge O/U.

"And if you grew up and your dad gave you a hunting rifle when you were ten, and you went out and spent the day with him and your uncles, and that became part of your family's traditions, you can see why you'd be pretty protective of that," Obama added. "So it's trying to bridge those gaps that I think is going to be part of the biggest task over the next several months. And that means that advocates of Gun Control have to do a little more listening than they do sometimes."

Obama has aggressively pushed for tougher gun control laws since last month's mass shooting in Newton, Conn. left 27 dead. But some of the new policies championed by the president, including a ban on military-style "assault weapons," are receiving only tepid support from red-state Democrats in Congress.

New Republic editor-in-chief Franklin Foer conducted the interview alongside Chris Hughes, the publication's 29-year-old publisher. Hughes is a co-founder of Facebook, and worked for Obama's 2008 presidential campaign as an online organizer.

Roe vs Wade 40th anniversary video

Happy 40th birthday Baby

This is the most egregious ad I have ever seen! I'm sure any woman who had an abortion would also find it appalling.

Remember as you watch this the liberal dogs screaming like they got themselves caught in a zipper over the NRA ad.

I wonder how many rocks they had to turn over before they found the nefarious pimp who did this ad?

Phil Mickelson Caves

Professional golfer Phil Mickelson told reporters Sunday that he is considering “drastic changes” in response to state and federal income tax hikes — including possibly leaving the United States.

“It’s been an interesting off-season. And I’m going to have to make some drastic changes. I’m not going to jump the gun and do it right away, but I will be making some drastic changes,” Mickelson said during a press conference following the Humana Challenge golf tournament in La Quinta, Calif.

When pressed by reporters about whether those “drastic changes” could include leaving California or even the United States, the four-time major championship winner didn’t foreclose the possibility. But he made clear the reason he is considering such drastic options is the massive tax burden he now shoulders. (RELATED: Millions flee California because of progressive tax system)

“But if you add up, if you add up all the federal and you look at the disability and the unemployment and the Social Security and the state, my tax rate’s 62, 63 percent. So I’ve got to make some decisions on what I’m going to do,” said Mickelson.

Update:

Just one day after Phil Mickelson sent the golf world into a frenzy over his statements about tax laws, he released a statement late Monday night clarifying things:

I absolutely love what I do. I love and appreciate the game of golf and the people who surround it. I'm as motivated as I've ever been to work on my game, to compete and win championships...
I'm like many Americans who are trying to understand the new tax laws. I certainly don't have a definitive plan at this time, but like everyone else I want to make decisions that are best for my future and my family.
Finances and taxes are a personal matter and I should not have made my opinions on them public. I apologize to those I have upset or insulted and assure you I intend to not let it happen again.

He should run for the House of Representatives.
He'd fit right in.

Uninformed Obama Voters Saying They Watched Inauguration Before It Took Place

On a tip from Ed Kilbane

You can always count on Obama voters to look stupid and they never let you down.

I don’t know if I should laugh or cry when seeing this video. These Obama supporters claim to have seen an event that hasn’t even happened yet. Then they lie through their teeth in the hopes of not sounding stupid.

He might go to jail because his last name is not Jackson

On a tip from my brother Gary

Ray Nagin: Former New Orleans Mayor Indicted for Bribery

Which one is the biggest crook?
The one on the left should be in jail. Second one is going. Third is already there.

It's a touching family portrait. Like the black version of the The Sopranos.

He was the guy who was going to make New Orleans "chocolate again". But it appears he is better suited at making license plates.

BTW... imagine the repercussions if a white Republican had said... We're going to make New Orleans Vanilla again.

Boy was Bush right about this guy!

Excerpt from [Decision Points] which I highly recommend reading especially if you happen to hate Bush.

Bush speaking on Air Force One:

"Who's in charge of security in New Orleans? My question silenced the raucous discussion in the Air Force One conference room on Friday Sept. 2, 2005. The governor is in charge," Mayor Nagin said, pointing across the dark wood table at Gov. Kathleen Blanco.
"Every head pivoted in her direction. The Louisiana governor froze. She looked agitated and exhausted. 'I think it's the mayor.'

This from Wikipedia. Remember the buses in the parking lot sent to help evacuate the city?
 They all drowned.
How many taxpayer dollars were wasted on this stunt alone?

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin was also criticized for failing to implement his evacuation plan and for ordering residents to a shelter of last resort without any provisions for food, water, security, or sanitary conditions. Perhaps the most important criticism of Nagin is that he delayed his emergency evacuation order until less than a day before landfall, which led to hundreds of deaths of people who (by that time) could not find any way out of the city. Adding to the criticism was the broadcast of school bus parking lots full of yellow school buses which Mayor Nagin refused to be used in evacuation. When asked why the buses were not used to assist evacuations instead of holing up in the Superdome, Nagin cited the lack of insurance liability and shortage of bus drivers.

They couldn't find any bus drivers because it was in their best interest to stay behind... I mean..you were expecting them to miss out on the looting?

Federal prosecutors today announced a 21-count indictment against former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, accused of enriching himself as the city struggled to rebuild in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

Nagin is accused of using the office of mayor to steer city projects to business associates who, in turn, allegedly paid kickbacks and bribes and flew him on lavish free trips to Hawaii, Jamaica, and Las Vegas.

Nagin was charged with bribery, honest service wire fraud, money laundering, conspiracy and filing false tax returns.

"The defendant C. Ray Nagin, knowingly devised a scheme and artifice to defraud the City of New Orleans and its citizens of his honest services through bribery and a kickback scheme, whereby Mayor Nagin used his public office and his official capacity to provide favorable treatment that benefitted the business and financial interests of individuals providing him with bribery/kickback payoffs in the form of checks, cash, granite inventory, wire transfers personal services and free travel," the indictment said.

The indictment charges that Nagin established a family company in 2005 called Stone Age LLC and allegedly put bribes and kickback checks into the firm's accounts.

"Nagin on or about May 23, 2006 accepted a bribery/kickback payoff from Businessman 'A' in the form of private jet travel and limousine services to New York City," the indictment alleges.

The indictment says that on the same day, Nagin allegedly waived penalties that were owed by the businessman on a delinquent tax bill owed to the City of New Orleans.

The indictment also alleges Nagin accepted $50,000 from businessman Frank Fradella as well as monthly wire transfers of $12,500 that totaled $112,500. Fradella pleaded guilty to bribing a New Orleans city official in June 2012.

Prosecutors alleged that on June 20, 2009 Nagin awarded a $1 million Katrina sidewalk repair project to a local businessman. On June 21, the very next day, a Nagin family member allegedly was paid a $10,000 kickback from that businessman.

"This indictment should serve as a reminder to current and former public officials that, in the interest of full accountability, the FBI pursues corruption even after an official leaves office," said Michael Anderson, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI's New Orleans Field Office.

A defense attorney for Nagin could not be identified from the court docket. Nagin, who served as New Orleans' mayor from 2002 to 2010, is expected to have a court appearance later this month.

MEXICAN INVASION

On a tip from Bob Sweet.

A U. S. Navy destroyer stops four Mexicans in a row boat rowing towards California.

The Captain gets on the loud- hailer and shouts,

"Ahoy, small craft. Where are you headed?"

One of the Mexicans puts down his oar, stands up and shouts...

"We are invading the United States of America to reclaim the

territory taken by the USA during the 1800's."

The entire crew of the destroyer doubled-over in laughter.

When the Captain is finally able to catch his breath

he gets back on the loud-hailer and asks,

"Just the four of you?"

The same Mexican stands up again and shouts,

"No, we're the last four. The rest are already there!"

Which one of these would have stopped the Newtown shooter?

Barry's 23 Executive Orders on gun control.

Funny thing... not one word on violent video games, rap music extolling the virtue of killing cops, and a movie industry which glorifies gun violence. Another oddity. In some of these he's issuing a Presidential Memorandum to himself. What? Also your doctor can now ask you if there is a gun in your home. Which in turn you can ask him if he's cheating on his wife. If doctor's thought they were paying high premiums for malpractice insurance watch what happens now!

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.

2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.

3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.

4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.

5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.

6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.

7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.

8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).

9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.

10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement.

11. Nominate an ATF director.

12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.

13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.

14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.

15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies

16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.

19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.

20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.

21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.

22. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations.

23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health.

The only one I've seen which may have helped is number 18, and only if... "hire school resource officers"...means armed guards. Numbers 4- 6- 10- and 15 are almost laughable. What we're talking about here is Eric Holder. Mr Contempt of Congress. The same guy who allowed 2,000 guns to "walk" to Mexican drug cartels, killing hundreds of people, including two border patrol agents, and the tally is still rising. Ironically, Barry exercised the same ploy using an Executive Order to rescue Holder after his stalling tactics and continual lying failed to work before a Congressional hearing headed by Darrell Issa.

If Barry was really serious about gun control and violent crime.

He would have this guy arrested.

Barry shamelessly trots these kids out like carefully orchestrated props represented by every "flavor" to push forth his agenda. He is their personal Savior. His sweeping actions inoculated them from being shot.

Maybe the Republicans should use kids during the debt ceiling debate. Have them hold up a sign and parade them around on stage.

Tour de Fraud

Update
1-17-2013

Lance Armstrong has been stripped of his 2000 Olympic Games cycling time trial bronze medal by the International Olympic Committee, continuing his spectacular fall from grace.'We have written asking for the return of the medal from the Sydney 2000 Games,' an IOC official told Reuters on Thursday after the decision to take away the last major title won by the disgraced American.
The move was confirmed to the AP on the same day that Armstrong's admission of using performance-enhancing drugs – after years of denials – is to be broadcast in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

This confirms what I said below.

Over 20 years of lies. I see no upside for Armstrong coming clean after all this time. I don't know what Oprah paid him but it wasn't enough.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not defending him. The only thing he had left was the uncertainty he skillfully placed in some people's minds. Those people who never believed had their suspicions confirmed. Those who did now see him for the liar he is. Up until about a year ago I believed him myself. The sad reality for Lance Armstrong is he probably would have won 7 Tour de France titles without doping up.

Maybe Oprah could get Barry on.. they could talk about.... Solyndra, Fast and Furious, Benghazi. The WH leaks...etc...

Don't bet on it.

Absurdity taken to new level

On a tip from Ed Kilbane

If this doesn't take the cake...

Somebody Needs to be Held Accountable for my 15 kids

(If video won't load click post title)

Video 1

If she want's to know what's accountable she should look between her legs. Worry not. Barry will be sending this worthless bag of excrement a check in short order. How do you help people who are too stupid to know they're the problem? Her co-conspirator who fathered 10 is in jail. Would it really make any difference if he wasn't? Who are the other 5 with? Does she even know? BTW...What do you think the prospects are for any of these children leading a meaningful and productive life?

This is only one spoke in a giant wheel. Conservatives demand an end to rewarding bad behavior, accepting personal responsibility, and as far as possible, ending welfare. The Liberals retort comes across usually something like this...why punish the children for the sins of the parents?

What's the end result? We are trapped in a vicious cycle, morally wrong for everybody involved, with no end in sight.

Government picks and chooses their own crime stats to advance their agenda.

Allow me to site an example.  Liberals... as in Barry, Feinstein, Bloomberg, among others want a ban on assault rifles. They try to tie them to the Newtown shooting the same way they tried to tie Romney to the death of Joe Soptic's wife. As horrific and tragic as this event was, and realizing this is of no consolation for the families involved, the truth is Adam Lanza never took the rifle from the back seat of the car.

On a tip from Ed Kilbane

This is an objective, homemade video explaining some of the numbers on gun violence in the US and how the media and politicians are ignoring the real numbers and attempting to play on emotions. Violent crime has been declining for many years in the US, and compared to the UK, we have a much lower overall rate.

Top Senate Dems urge Obama to take unilateral action on debt ceiling

Don't be surprised if he doesn't try to take unilateral action on your guns too! I thought his middle initial "H" stood for Hussein. But now it has morphed into  Hugo.

Only in the minds of this asshole administration would we even be discussing a trillion dollar coin. It's worth a trillion dollars? Based on what? Barry says it is?

This is classic Obamanomics. More smoke and mirrors. Like stealing from Medicare to pay for Obamacare. This latest stunt could backfire in his face. Moody's has already threatened a downgrade. Now that Barry has raised taxes on the wealthy, and middle income people who were to stupid to realize it, by raising the debt ceiling and bypassing Congress, a downgrade is almost a certainty. This will put Barry in a new light. One, by circumventing Congress (not the first time) he set in stone his legacy as the new Chavez. Two, he will be the only president in our Nation's history to ever receive a downgrade, not one but two, while they were at the helm. And he will achieved this with less then 5 years in office. What a distinction!

Pretty soon we'll need China to co-sign to buy Barry another vacation.

$10.6 trillion at the time. Now look at it!

And another is on the way!

WASHINGTON – If President Obama were to break the impasse with Republicans over raising the debt limit by taking unilateral action, such a move would have the potential to set off a firestorm of controversy and spark a protracted legal battle.

Top Senate Democrats say, go for it.

The White House has dismissed talk that Obama would rely on unusual measures to raise the nation's debt limit without Congress' approval, but administration officials also have warned that the country could default on its debt and trigger a new economic crisis if lawmakers don't increase the limit on borrowing.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., is among those urging Obama to consider options like invoking the 14th Amendment to the Constitution to find ways around the $16.4 trillion legal cap on government borrowing. The amendment states that the "validity of the public debt of the United States ... shall not be questioned," which some lawmakers believe permits a way out of the debt limit jam.

The government hit the debt limit last month and is juggling the books to buy additional time for Congress to act. But those moves only buy a few weeks of wiggle room, which requires Congress to act -- likely by mid- to late-February -- to avoid a market-quaking default on U.S. obligations.

The White House has said emphatically that it does not believe that the 14th Amendment permits Obama to ignore the debt cap on U.S. borrowing, though it considered the question during the 2011 debt crisis.

"There is no Plan B. There is no backup plan," White House spokesman Jay Carney said Wednesday. "There is no alternative to Congress raising the debt ceiling."

A letter to Obama on Friday from Reid and Sens. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Patty Murray, D-Wash., doesn't mention the 14th Amendment, but aides to the senators said that's what they have in mind in urging the president to consider unilateral action.

"We believe you must be willing to take any lawful steps to ensure that America does not break its promises and trigger a global economic crisis -- without congressional approval, if necessary," the letter said.

Battling House and Senate leaders have made virtually no progress on a strategy for legislation to lift the debt cap. House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, insists that any debt increase be matched by equivalent spending cuts. Obama, buoyed by his re-election victory, says he won't negotiate as he did in 2011, when he traded a $2.1 trillion debt increase for tight spending limits on agency budgets and automatic, across-the-board spending cuts if a congressional "supercommittee" failed to reach a budget agreement.

"Senate Democrats cannot ignore their responsibilities for political convenience -- and the American people will not tolerate an increase in the debt limit without spending cuts and reforms," said Boehner spokesman Michael Steel.

The impasse has people on both sides scratching their heads over how it will be resolved. The anxiety is such that some on the left are urging Obama to mint a coin worth perhaps $1 trillion to be deposited at the Federal Reserve and drawn upon to meet government obligations.
