More Americans want Obamacare Repealed … Obama’s Answer, Spend $700 Million on “Affordable” Healthcare Marketing

 Remember when Barry said how good ObamaCare was going to be?  Remember he said it wasn't going to cost a dime? How about... "you can keep your insurance plan and your doctor." It's on the record. Didn't he tell alphabet (Stephanopoulos) it wasn't a tax?

 Now to put things in perspective Barry is spending $700 million just to "market" ObamaCare, this is the harbinger of things to come.

Nancy Pelosi said, they had to pass the bill, in order to find out what is in it. However, as Americans are finding out what is in Obamacare, the more they want the law completely repealed.

A new CBS poll finds that more Americans than ever want Obamacare repealed. Thirty-nine percent of Americans want the so-called “affordable” healthcare law repealed as Obamacare is crumbling before our very eyes. Barack Obama’s signature piece of legislation is an unmitigated disaster. Not only does the law not do what it was promised, allow you to keep your own doctors and insurance if you want, it is also coming in much more costly than originally claimed. Just how bad is Obamacare? Even Barack Obama has asked for the employer mandate to be delayed until 2015 because it is not ready to be implemented, as well has Obama does not want to pain of Obamacare to affect Democrats in the 2014 midterm elections. Also, Obamacare is a fiasco and it has not yet been fully implemented, imagine what happens when it is?

So what is Obama’s reaction to his disastrous healthcare plan where more and more people want it repealed?  Spend $700 million on a marketing campaign for Obamacare. That is correct, the “Affordable” healthcare law is in need of $700 million for telling Americans who want to kill this law, that it’s really a good thing. You just can’t make this stuff up. Talk about a money pit. There has never been a law that has been more marketed than Obamacare and yet Barack Obama feels the need to tell people about how great his joke of a healthcare plan really is? It's bad enough that Democrats rammed this law down the throats of Americans, but now they want to add insult to injury and waste more of the tax payers money marketing this boondoggle!

Accused Fort Hood shooter releases statement to Fox News

EXCLUSIVE: Acting as his own attorney, accused Fort Hood shooter Major Nidal Hasan has released a statement to Fox News claiming that the U.S. military is at war with his religion.

However, he does not directly address the shooting at the Texas Army Base in November 2009 that killed 13 and injured more than 30 others.

“My complicity was on behalf of a government that openly acknowledges that it would hate for the law of Almighty Allah to be the supreme law of the land," the 42-year-old Army psychiatrist said. Hasan then apparently asked if this was a war on Islam. "You bet it is," he said. "I participated in it.”

The statement, which begins “In the name of Almighty Allah, the most gracious and the most merciful, my name is Nidal Hasan, Major Nidal Hasan, and I would like to convey a message to the world,” runs more than six pages.
Hasan also says he regrets his years in the Army, claiming that his service was inconsistent with his religious beliefs. “I would like to begin by repenting to Almighty Allah and apologize to the (Mujahideen), the believers, and the innocent. I ask for their forgiveness and their prayers. I ask for their forgiveness for participating in the illegal and immoral aggression against Muslims, their religion and their lands,” he said.

Hasan also criticized U.S. policy in the Middle East toward the Palestinians.

While Hasan’s motivation for releasing the statement is unknown, Fox News has repeatedly requested an interview with him, with a specific focus on his alleged actions at the Fort Hood Readiness Center on Nov. 5, 2009.

It is believed to be the first lengthy statement by the Fort Hood suspect, whose court martial begins August 6. The judge in Hasan’s case recently ruled that he cannot argue as part of his defense that the shooting was an effort to protect Taliban leaders in Afghanistan – the so-called “defense of others” strategy.

George Stratton and his son -- who was wounded in the attack -- will both testify at the trial. Stratton told Fox News he is not surprised by the statement.

“I have all along believed Nidal Hasan to be a Muslim terrorist, so it confirms what I’ve always thought,” Stratton said. “I believe that’s exactly how he felt when he did what he did. We should take him at his word.”

Lawyer Neal Sher, who represents Fort Hood shooting victims and their families in a separate legal action, said “This is yet further confirmation of a fact that everyone knows except our government. That is, the Fort Hood shooting was a terrorist jihadi attack.”

If convicted, on 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder, Hasan faces execution or life in prison without parole.

An extended examination of his statement, and reaction to it, will be part of an upcoming Fox News special investigation scheduled to air in early August. "Fox Files: The Enemy Within," first broadcast in June 2012, was part of Fox's ongoing investigation into the Fort Hood shooting and the connection to the first American targeted for death by the CIA, Anwar al-Awalki.

Huma Abedin makes Tammy Wynette look like a Runaway Bride.

The scandal surrounding New York City mayoral candidate Anthony D. Weiner had new photos published online this week and more revelations also emerged from the Democrat politician that he has been involved with 6-10 women in total, sending them lewd messages and photos.

His wife Huma Abedin stood by his side in a press conference on Tuesday after the initial new sexting photos emerged, saying she has forgiven him.

But the attempt to squelch the scandal seems to have failed as the woman connected with those raunchy photos, Sydney Leathers (pictured above), is talking to the press now, too.

She is described as a woman who is desperate to be famous and is cashing in quickly on her fifteen minutes of fame, doing interviews with the Inside Edition TV show and also with CNN.

There are likely more interviews to come from Miss Leathers and she has turned on her sexting pal Anthony D. Weiner, trashing the politician while defending his wife Huma Abedin.

"I'm disgusted by him," she told the Inside Edition.

"He's not who I thought he was."

During the interview, Sydney was asked whether she told Mr. Weiner that she loved him. "Yes," she replied. Asked if Mr. Weiner had said he loved her, she replied, "Yes."

Asked what advice she would now give Mr. Weiner, she said, "Stop lying, stop embarrassing his wife and get help."

For a reminder, this entire mess began in 2011 when then-Rep. Weiner accidentally posted a photo of his crotch publicly on Twitter.

After initially claiming he'd been hacked, the New York Democrat admitted to having "inappropriate" online relationships with several women and resigned.

Huma forgives…

"I love him, I have forgiven him, I believe in him and as we have said from the beginning, we are moving forward," Abedin said during that press conference Tuesday with her husband.

Poll numbers…

Weiner is dropping fast in the polls.

City Council Speaker Christine Quinn garners 25% support among Democratic primary voters compared with 16% for Weiner, according to the poll by NBC 4 New York, The Wall Street Journal and the Marist Institute for Public Opinion.

He was ahead prior to the scandal.
