Talk about heaving first thing in the morning

Although the silver lining is I think he's going down. I got a good feeling about it. Not for voter fraud although that occurred. Just like Al Capone tax fraud will finally be is undoing. How can his son and brother be investigated for tax fraud and not encompass the 'big guy' getting his 10% cut which you know damn well he never reported to the IRS?

So it begs the question what happens if he is arrested before the inauguration?

Really starting to wonder about this guy

Attorney General Bill Barr reportedly knew about the Hunter Biden tax probes for months but kept them under wraps

He sees no evidence of voter fraud either. Don't think the Durham report will come out until after Bribem wins his first Nobel prize. Imagine Bribem was in the White House and Trump was running against him and they had all the same damning evidence on Don Jr. Think they would have run with it?

Attorney General William Barr knew about two criminal investigations into Hunter Biden's financial dealings for months before the general election but kept them from the public, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The news is a remarkable twist in Barr's tenure as President Donald Trump's attorney general, during which he repeatedly took steps to benefit the president and feed into his conspiracy theories.

According to The Journal, Barr knew about the Biden tax investigations since at least the spring but tried to keep them under wraps in accordance with Justice Department rules that prevent prosecutors from taking overt investigative steps that could affect the outcome of an election.

Thursday's report will likely infuriate Trump, who has been frustrated with Barr in recent months and came close to firing him on several occasions before aides talked the president out of it.

Attorney General William Barr knew for months about two investigations into Hunter Biden's financial activity but worked to shield them from the public, The Wall Street Journal reported late Thursday.

The news is a remarkable twist in Barr's tenure as President Donald Trump's attorney general, during which time he repeatedly took steps to aid the president and feed into his talking points about the Russia investigation, the Obama administration, and the 2020 election.

Barr's reported attempts to keep the Hunter Biden probes from becoming public were in accordance with Justice Department rules that restrict prosecutors from taking public investigative steps that could affect the outcome of an election. President-elect Joe Biden won the 2020 general election, notching 306 Electoral College votes compared with Trump's 232.

Hunter Biden announced that he was being investigated on Wednesday after CNN reached out to the Biden transition team when it learned that the younger Biden was the subject of criminal inquiries into his finances.

"I learned yesterday for the first time that the US Attorney's Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs," Hunter Biden said in a statement on Wednesday. "I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors."

Subsequent media reports said the investigation was broader in scope than Hunter Biden initially indicated, with The New York Times revealing that the tax probe grew out of what started off as a money-laundering investigation in late 2018. Politico also reported, citing one source, that in addition to Delaware prosecutors, the securities fraud unit at the Manhattan US attorney's office investigated Hunter Biden's finances, and as of early 2019, prosecutors in both Delaware and Washington, DC, were examining possible foreign ties and money laundering.

The Times reported that the money laundering inquiry has since fizzled out from a lack of evidence, but that investigators with the Internal Revenue Service are continuing to scrutinize Hunter Biden's taxes.

The younger Biden has not been charged in any criminal activity related to the investigations or prior inquiries. The president-elect is also not a subject of interest in the probes focusing on his son.

Thursday's reporting from The Journal about Barr's role in keeping the Hunter Biden investigations from the public will likely infuriate the president, who has been frustrated with the attorney general in recent weeks and was on the brink of firing him several times before aides talked Trump out of it.

The Justice Department declined to comment to The Journal, and the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.

If Joe Biden’s son and brother are both under federal investigation, it strains credulity that Joe Biden himself is not on the radar screen of federal investigators

The Biden money laundering crime family

What a coincidence Hunter and Jim part of team 'plausible deniability’ under investigation at the same time. Just once I would love to see someone finally go to jail.

James Biden, brother and alleged business partner of Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden, is under federal investigation, according to a report by Politico published late Wednesday night.

The investigation into Joe Biden’s brother was included in an article about the extent of the federal investigation into Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden. The Politico report claims Joe Biden does not appear to be under investigation.

The federal investigation into President-elect Joe Biden’s son Hunter has been more extensive than a statement from Hunter Biden indicates, according to a person with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

On Wednesday, Hunter Biden said he had been contacted about a tax investigation out of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware.

In addition to Delaware, the securities fraud unit in the Southern District of New York also scrutinized Hunter Biden’s finances, according to the person with direct knowledge of the investigation. The person said that, as of early last year, investigators in Delaware and Washington were also probing potential money laundering and Hunter Biden’s foreign ties. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

In addition to the probe into Hunter Biden, federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania are conducting a criminal investigation of a hospital business in which Joe Biden’s brother James was involved. Federal officials have asked questions about James Biden’s role in the business, according to a second person with direct knowledge of that investigation, who said it remains ongoing.

There is no indication that Joe Biden himself is under investigation, but if the cases remain open when Joe Biden takes office, they could complicate his presidency, and shine an unflattering light on his relatives’ dealings, which often seek to capitalize on the Biden family’s political connections.

…FBI agents, meanwhile, have been asking about James Biden’s dealings with the hospital company Americore Health, an operator of rural hospitals, as part of an investigation based out of the Western District of Pennsylvania, according to the person with direct knowledge of that investigation.

In late January, FBI agents raided an Americore hospital in Ellwood City, Pa., and carted off boxes…

James Biden was asked by Fox News last October about his alleged business dealings with Joe, Hunter and Tony Bobulinski. James Biden refused to answer questions called out by a reporter across the street from his home on Maryland’s
Eastern Shore.

Excerpt:

…Bobulinski said he raised concerns in 2017 to the former vice president’s brother Jim Biden, about Joe Biden’s alleged ties to a possible joint venture with a Chinese energy firm.

Bobulinski, a retired lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, was the former CEO of SinoHawk Holdings, which he said was the partnership between the CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming and the two Biden family members.

“I remember saying, ‘How are you guys getting away with this?’ ‘Aren’t you concerned?’” he told Carlson.

He claims that Jim Biden chuckled. “‘Plausible Deniability.’ He said it directly to me in a cabana at the Peninsula Hotel,” Bobulinski said.

Asked about the “plausible deniability” claim on Wednesday, Jim Biden did not answer and walked inside the home…
