Rarely does he hold a press conference. Judging by his record I don't blame him. The timing (Super Tuesday) was just a coincidence.

This is the clip, the moment, when he seized the Oscar.
I am particularly drawn to the validity concerning this statement. The rhetoric abounds with compassion and sensitivity concerning our men and women in uniform. Is it true? Partly. I sincerely believe he does care about our troops and presents a strong argument against placing them in harms way with regard to Iran. But is this the only reason? Is it even the real reason?
"When I visit Walter Reed; when I sign letters to families that haven’t, uh, whose loved ones who’ve not come home. I’m reminded that there is a cost. Sometimes we bear that cost but we think it through. We don’t play politics with it. When we have in the past, when we haven’t thought it through (meaning Bush) and it gets wrapped up in politics we make mistakes and typically it’s not the folks who are, uh, popping off who pay the price it’s these incredible men and women in uniform and their families who pay the price and as a consequence, I think it’s very important for us to take a careful, thoughtful, sober approach to what is a real problem and that is what we’ve been doing over the last three years– that’s what I intend to keep doing."
Then Reality Seeps in:
A front-page article in the Israeli newspaper Ma'ariv on Thursday said Obama had told Netanyahu that Washington would supply Israel with upgraded military equipment in return for assurances that there would be no attack on Iran in 2012.
