Syria...through Barry’s eyes

I never kept any promise I ever made except one (fundamentally changing America) and I'm not about to start now. Yeah sure I spoke with a lot of bravado about Syria crossing the red line the game changer the use of chemical weapons but how in the hell was I supposed to know they would actually use them? I tried to bluff my way out of it at the G-20 in St. Petersburg,  you know, when I said I didn't set the red line the world did... and my creditability was not on the line but America and the Congress was. That's just me...my MO. After all, blaming anyone or anything when something goes wrong is what I'm noted for. Remember when I blamed Benghazi on that stupid video and most of you fell for it?

 Yeah I said it,then denied it, spinning my way out at the G-20. How do I get away with it you say? The MSM mission is to keep me happy not to mention I'm the first black president, if you challenge me, I'll pull out the race card. Think it doesn't work? Remember when I adopted Trayvon?

Well... the more I thought and stewed about Syria I came down with a case of cold feet. I listened to some of my subordinates and advisors who I rely on for direction, mostly Val she was born in Iran, and they stipulated I put it before Congress and I'm sure glad I did because this could turn out to be a win/win for me. Secretly, I really don't have the stomach let alone the balls to attack Syria. So the way we have it figured we'll put it before Congress keeping our fingers crossed they vote no, if they do I'll act disappointed, outraged, just like I did over the IRS scandal. Remember that? No one ever bothered to follow up. In fact, later on I began calling it a phony scandal! Then I'll blame the whole mess I created on that damn "do nothing" Congress, call a press conference with my mistress (the MSM) and claim to the American people... The altruistic humanitarian rooted in me is held at bay because my hands are tied. 

I'll come out smelling like a rose. 

I always do.

PS: Have you noticed since I put Syria in the spotlight nobody's talking about the IRS, NSA, and DOJ wiretapping scandals?
