This is ridiculous! 

So if he fired the shots from a Ford F-150 Ford would be compelled to payout $800 million?

A Nevada judge has approved an $800 million settlement for the 2017 Las Vegas shooting which killed 58 people and injured more than 850, making it the deadliest shooting in modern U.S. history. Under the settlement, MGM Resorts International accepted no liability but agreed to pay $49 million, and its insurance companies agreed to pay $751 million. The suit, involving 4,400 claimants, accused the casino company of negligence, wrongful death and liability in the shooting. Attorney Robert Eglet said that two retired judges will determine the amounts of money disbursed and he’s optimistic payments will be given out by the end of 2020. “We are grateful that the decision brings families, victims and the community closer to closure,” MGM Resorts International said in a statement. “It is especially meaningful that the decision comes one day before the third anniversary of the incident, a time of great sadness and reflection.”

I couldn't have been more wrong about the debate debacle.

Hate to admit it but I didn’t see a clear cut winner but Biden did better than I expected. The 3 things I got from the debate.

1. It was painful to watch and cringe-inducing, and mostly Trump’s doing. He couldn’t keep his mouth shut. He interrupted so much Biden couldn’t get in his customary gaffes. And Trump did go off on Wallace, “I got to debate you and him” which I was afraid of. 

2. Biden lied his ass off several times… his son, taxes, closing down the country, white supremacists are the reason for all the violence, etc and he wouldn’t answer Wallace’s questions.

3. If you could take anything positive Trump was certainly the aggressor but can’t say he did himself much good. I would imagine Trump and Biden supporters were not swayed one way or the other. Independents… God knows what their thoughts are. Was expecting Frank Luntz with his debate graph but I didn’t see him.

The first debate will be 90 minutes long with no commercials and start at 9 pm ET

The MSM will declare Biden the winner even if he shows up in pajamas eating Ben & Jerry’s ice cream out of the carton.

The bar is set very low for Trump. Im concerned he may go off on Wallace like he did Megan Kelly. Hope that doesn't happen and to be brutally honest...if he can't beat Sleepy Joe he doesn't deserve to be president. 

That said, I expect him to come through with flying colors so much so the next two debates may be cancelled. Pick a reason.

Pence will in all likelihood loose to Harris. He's just too nice of a guy. Hope I'm wrong.

Physically and mentally Biden is not fit to be president. There is absolutely no way Biden could keep up with Trump's schedule and boundless energy. No president in my lifetime has put in more hours than Trump!
